Custom Radio Stations in Chinatown Wars!!

It turns out that making changes to the radio stations in GTA Chinatown Wars is slightly more convenient than in LCS / VCS.
This is due to a lack of a header BIN file inside the game's ISO.
Therefore, no need to upsate the header file each time you make changes to each station.
