Yeah the Growatt is working well. Comms between the Growatt and battery BMS in Li mode is good. You just need to make sure the Growatt is set to the right protocol for the battery. On many battery units you can also change the protocol so it needs to match.
I know of about 10 other Meritsun batteries similar to this one that have been running in Australia for up to 1 year and no issues with any of them. I've also worked directly with Meritsun in China and they have been great for us - really responsive to all questions, good, clear and helpful. These units are not the cheapest but they seem really good quality.

Very satisfied. That one in the video has been running really well, every day for 7 months - so much better than the old ones.
