There's also scientific evidence that having a big variety of food is actually bad for your overall health because you're stressing your body trying to process all kinds of different things. Animals in the wild usually have a very limited diet and we replicate that with pets, so it'd probably be better to have some kind of complete super food and eat that everyday although it might get boring.
