this is great, and im glad these are being tested in extreme situations for reliability and safety before being shipped (the S20). Dont rush the release, take all the time needed.
As someone who’s already purchased an S20, I’m very happy KingSong is taking the time to make sure it’s a solid wheel out of the gate. I’m happy to wait!
Awesome 😅. You guys should use a leash to connect the euc to the rider so that it doesn't fly down the hill when the rider falls (I've seen a guy do it on his s18 while riding on some crazy cliffs).
Was it the same v12 that tumbled off the face of rock twice and still made it up to the top on third run? If answer is yes then v12 would be one of the ultimate euc to date compares to S20 or even other eucs.
I think a crash like that is gonna rough up basically anything lol maybe next time we will see the wheel wipe out, or maybe it never will no matter how much you want it to ;) The bottom kickstand looks like it could protect the wheel if the wheel flips back, and the top seat will protect it the other way, side falls the pads will protect the wheel, it’s a solid beast!!! But hey If you don’t want good suspension don’t get this wheel lol
Yes I agree with the tether. It is not going to pull you down like you think especially without picking up momentum.. You also have a grab rope set up. And depending on what is below you, it is much safer for the wheel and people around. I've seen others with a tether and they show how well it works even on the edge of steep hillside trails. Consider it next time
For this type of slope your basically doing Rock Crawling that means low tyre pressures... That's why the lower tyre pressure on the S20 really helped with it's traction and performance up the slope

In another video the 16x beat the v12 at climbing. The v12 burnt up after 2 tries and the 16x kept on going after 5 tries. A motor isn't going to be high speed and high torque at the same time.

I don't know about the others but to me these incline tests are not that important that you have to destroy a bunch of wheels for that. It seems like a waste of resources and counter to what the electric unicycle stands for. At least try to better prepare. Have two guys with fishing nets near the top or attach a leash to the wheel you're riding or something

I don't think it's a good idea. You don't want a 50-100lbs euc no where near you if you fall fast. Any body part attached to the euc would get destroyed in my opinion.
I've always thought the same. EUCs are going the same velocity as you during any accident. They only really get/do any meaningful damage when they get away from you.
@@belkenator So far we have not seen footage of the ECU ramming into some lady with a kid or an old person or causing a multi car pileup, 40 or more pounds out of control will do a lot of damage to an individual and property it could even kill someone.
V12 2500walts 100volts vs 16x 2200walts 84volts. More powerful motor and wires can being more power with less heat. So on paper v12 looks faster. Plus kingsong likes to hold back alittle in the name of safety. Cheers bud

Noticed that the v12 went up 3 times and dropped twice. S20 went up only once and not dropped. What’s up with that? You usually keep going until one burns out. V12 seems a better buy than a s20 from that video. Could of just let the s20 roll off the hill like the V12 but chose not…..wouldn’t the S20 survive like the V12 did????

Looks like a great use case situation for a tether rope to save the EUC from falling to it's death. Entertainment Factor was worth it.

I don't think it's a good idea. You don't want a 50-100lbs euc no where near you if you fall fast. Any body part attached to the euc would get destroyed in my opinion.
