    According to Scotty, you should flush your cooling system. Take out the thermostat, fill the system with nothing but water. Then add bars and run it through your system. Get it up to a high rpm so the cylinders get good and hot. Leave running for awhile. Reflush your system, put back in thermostat. Fill it with antifreeze and be good to go.

      You need the thermostat to create pressure. The cooling system doesn't flow as effectively without the thermostat.

      @Reelphresh ปีที่แล้ว

      @@TheRealChuckNorris I'm pretty sure the water pump circulates the water and the engine heat causes the pressure as it's an enclosed system. . . people drill holes in the thermostat so that if it is or ever faulty, you don't kill your engine. . .a engine will run without one. . .or older engines with could cause a warning in most systemd but heat plus enclosure system= pressure

    I just used this on my 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix. After chasing down the problem found out it was my Head gasket. Put it in August 3rd did it just like the instructions Said, day one was improvement, day two problem was completely fixed . Worked like they said. 100% satisfied

    Just used this in my 93 Toyota t100, no coolant and oil mixing but it was definitely burning the coolant. Poured this in and filled it up, by the time I got home from my buddy's house the truck quick smoking so I'm hoping it's sealed up wherever it was getting into the engine.

    It does work but don't over do it. The bottle says use half a bottle for 4 cylinder engines. I used the whole bottle. A couple times, it stopped the head casket leak alright, but decreased my radiator circulation. I eventually had to replace the radiator, but this time sparingly used the bottle. Gave it more time to work. It did, and my radiator so far does seem to be circulating ok. Just remember give it time. Don't over do. If you go hog wild it will stop the leak, but could plug up your radiator.

      Remove the radiator and flush it out with diesel. Diesel dissolves the sealant. Then flush out the water out the heater core and engine. Rinse radiator out good before replacement

    I just used this. I had a hole in a freeze plug that came out like if you were peeing. An within a min of pouring the whole bottle it fixed it. I know in a perfect world its better to replace all freeze plugs but sometimes life just doesnt work like that. Like you said it was a hail mary but it worked an my exployer is back to running great.

      @@JohnDoe-yi4xd i did just as directions said. Heat was on entire idle time. Waited couple hours after that then drove 10 miles with heat on. Which here in Houston is rough. Lol Then drove back home with ac blasting. Then drove again 8 miles. Again heat worked. To use products goes against everything i was taught but i just didnt have equipment to lift engine or time an money. Im still half expecting something to mess up. Just pray not now. When all said an done its a temp solution that on the surface did a job i really didnt think it could. Any long term negative effects if any will come after i sit in a few hours of 100 degree Houston traffic but im going to baby step it till then. Used a whole bottle on a 95 Exployer v6. @@barrytesseyman7872 I used water first so i didnt waste money on anti freeze. I put cap back on after i poured. Sadly 3 days after I wrote my comment it failed. Replaced freeze plug with a rubber one an it fixed problem. Then my oil pressure gauge an fuel light started tweeking an exployer just died coming to stop at light. I can fix most things but for some reason I cant fix this. Someone told me something about a grounding issue but no car means no work means no money blah blah blah. After 24 years of driving it an never having problems I can just look at till i find someone to check it out. Hope you have better luck with it.

    Stopped watching at 2:45 in. Why wouldn't you follow the professional's instructions? I'm a 61 yr. old female who can fix almost any kind of leak under my hood by following instructions. Blown head gasket, followed the instructions. Totally fixed in less than 30 minutes and under $50. Leaking radiator in a big V8 Expedition, followed instructions, Bars leaks kept it going for 4 years until I sold it. Pay attention man.
