I had this exact model a few years ago. No complaints for the price but it doesn't even begin to compare to the 8bitdo stick I have now
Hate non microswitched joysticks with a passion lol.
Modded my Mayflash PS2/PS3/PS3 Stick -that had dodgy silicone stumpy buttons - just stuck in some Sanwa clones rewired it and it's a great multi stick.
Yeah microswitched wiggle Joystick...plus SpongeBob buttons 😂.

Could I see a small bit of copper wire protruding at the top of where all the joystick wires connect? And that’s where that loose wire would be attached?
Wicked you probably dream your playing Marvel vs Capcom for how much you test that game on a lot of handhelds you test and you probably dream of playing those other fighting games that you test also.
My conclusion? I say no.
I recommend getting a commercial arcade stick like the Hori or the Mayflash F500 or the Qanba Drone and the Brook PS3/PS4 to PS1/PS2 Super Converter. And this is optional -- Seimitsu LS-32 joystick and Seimitsu buttons...

I looked at this but luckily I had a higher budget and wanted a lot more quality so I got the Mayflash F300 on the way 🥇🏆🚀
There are some nice hori sticks that aren't expensive also and should have the same compatibility (but i don't know what you did pay for it)

I need something for my Commadore Mini. I know I can use a PS4 controller but I want a joy stick based controller that works well and will last. The one they provide is junky.
