I do try to do laundry and unpack pretty quickly although sometimes If it’s already clean than It might sit or I might just wear clothes out of the suitcase for a few days.

Charlotte, every day is different and all you can do is your best. I am almost 70 years old. When I get up in the morning I get on my IPad. I spend too much time on it. I get so side tracked and need to change that as soon as possible.

to fix the phone next to the bed situation, maybe charge it in your room but across the bed so you can't reach it from your bed, or charge it in your bathroom so if something were to happen, its closer and easier to access

I’m never on my phone in the morning because I have to rush out the door to go to work 😅
I use screen zen to block certain apps during work, so you could probably set it to block apps in the AM. It makes you wait 20 seconds before the app will open to make you really think if you want to open the app, but you can customize it.
I was wondering what happened to you. I just thought you were adjusting to your new job…❤
