How do you like The Depths in this game? I think they are one of the best additions! Especially when all was dark and you aren't progressed much yet, it's quite scary and thrilling. 😨
Even with experience, my heart is always constantly racing when moving through a dark area. The whole area is very mysterious and ominous. I actually avoided it for quite a bit in the beginning of my playthrough because it was scary and I wanted to have a "pleasant" adventure. 😂
A trick with arrows to annihilate them is surround yourself with Sidon’s Water, which counts as your arrows being infused with water. Load up an electric keese eye onto your arrow and the attack will hit the Gleeock as if it were standing in water. As long as the bubble is around you, you can continue to do this.
@@TheJamesDeschenesell water tends to be the one that gets overpowered by electricity so yeah ( would have been a cool feature if water attacks do less damage)
I would say that the lack of terrains in this fight makes this guy the amomg the top three hardest enemies in the game together with Ganondorf and armored Silver Lynel. I specifically mention terrains because I've found out that those Ascend-able ruins in the arenas of the sky-dwelling King Gleeoks immensely help me in cheesing them.
The final phase of a King Gleeock fight is such chaos that making it to the proper altitude without getting pummeled by ice or electrocuted is a crapshoot, so like a lot of people, I cheese it, but in a way I haven't seen anyone else use. The favored way of cheesing a gleeock in all phases is keese eyeballs, but in spite of their enhanced range these can't actually reach a king gleeock during it's third phase very easily, leading some people to use a zonite bow for it's ability to extend it's range by expending charge. My method is to do the same but with a different fusion. Most people are aware that rockets and keese wings can extend bow range without applying a homing property, but there's another material that works even better -- gleeock wings! Fusing a gleeock wing to your arrow applies a hefty 24 extra damage buff (instead of the nonexistent buff applied by keese wings) and not only gives your arrows enough range to snipe a king gleeock from ground level, but I swear it also makes the arrows travel at supersonic hitscan levels of speed. Either way, some of these and a savage lynel bow can act as a deadly anti-aircraft combination.
I always just whip out a rocket, fuse it to my shield, launch up high and then keese eyeball them from that height (it's reached for me every time). Its quick and easy.
@@RossLemongleeok battles are hard for themselves due to a factor that they give, like fear. Gloom spawn and hard because they are unnerving. Gleeoks on the other hand come in elemental versions to add difficulty. King gleeok is all 3 elements combined. Just you know.
When it started to fly really high up for it's final attack, I literally just shot Keese eyeballs with my Lynel Bow. It knocked it right out of the sky and the fall damage finished it off. Skipped the final phase altogether
I was randomly cruising through the depths for completing the light buds when I came across this secret chamber. Before I saw the King Gleeok with Malace I thought I would have beaten them all and then got a little frustrated 😂😂
I remember passing close to the location quite early on in the game, I took a picture of that guy and when I saw "king gleeok" I knew I had dodged a bullet lol
I beat him standing behind one of those platforms using the keese fire and ice eyeballs. Master sword with a 35 rated fuse attachment. Got lucky at the end was able to reverse an ice deal up to him without getting pummeled with ice like you did. You did a good job! I like what you were flying on, can't tell what it is though. Haven't created alot of vehicles. Sucks they don't last long as your battery life atleast lol.
easy way to defeat: 5shot lynel bow with keese eyes attached. only two shots needed to bring the gleeok down. do a two series of attacks, step away and prepare your bow again with keese eyes. if do it correctly, with x3 attack upgrade + all sages, you can beat it in less than 2 minutes
When the king gleeok is on his laat phase and is doing that attack use the thunder helmet (that thing from botw) and dodge the blue pillars and when you see there are no more pillars use the zelda power and it will take you to the gleeok so you can finish him (try to use the power on a small ice pillar so you can climb it easealy
What is next for the zelda totk mods tbh it is extremely impressive how fast you where able to make the randomizer and I’m curious what’s next for you and the rest of the modding community
"secret"? This was the 1st gleeock I found! And took down without real problem since it's week spot is pretty obvious (I wasn't spoil to anything so it was a discover)
I just want to know how to get TO THE den and not one person will show a video of how they do it without some flying contraption. I just want a dang video on foot point a to be like whyyyyyy
Hey here's a thought, what if the king gleeok was once a sage that underwent dragonification? The kings only show up guarding chests with sages wills or in a monument to the 4 main sages, maybe that's why the zonai don't go down to tue surface anymore.
Highly doubtful. The two examples of draconified characters we see in the game turn into Eatern dragons instead of Gleeok's Western dragons. Plus, these Gleeoks have the telltale Malice eyes, so they are most definitely products of Ganondorf's powers.

The depths are awesome in this game 😎🙋😊
I love the depths, I got all the lightroots

@@skywatcher125Me too, it didn't take as long as I thought it would either
The depths are easily my favorite

This was actually my third Gleeok. It was also the one where I realized how OP eye balls are. My first two Gleeoks I didn't even think to use them.
This was my first gleeok I was horrified
I'd probably use a Savage Lynel Bow on the King Gleeoks, and if it has a 5 shot modifier, that's even better.
Do you also use eyeballs on gleeoks mate? They are really helpful
@@jasperscorematchtips I did that when I fought my first Thunder Gleeok at the Coliseum Ruins on the Surface
@@jasperscorematchtipsThey are good when you're on the ground but not necessary on bullet time
You can attach a fire fruit/ice fruit to your arrows to one shot the elemental heads, idk if theres anything for the electrical one though
Eh just get a Triple shot lynel bow and a ton a keese eyeballs then you are sorted
Hmmmmm, Splash Fruit maybe?
@@TheJamesDeschenesell water tends to be the one that gets overpowered by electricity so yeah ( would have been a cool feature if water attacks do less damage)
I go with ice keese eye balls for the fire one and fire keese for the Ice ones

Usually, Gleeok's are so Annoying. But this one is so good, I just have to give this one a like.
The trick with depth king gleok is on its last quarter, you runaway to the narrow entrance, then comeback with device, fly high on e.g. hover bike 😄😄
OR kill the ice head before it ascends, throw on the lighting helm and let him make an elevator for you
I found this guy in like my first ever play through and I tried several times to beat him and it was hard to do
@Lmao-tx7xl "Wasn't that hard for me"
Meanwhile you probably did it with max gear and he did it towards the beginning or middle of the game.
@@RossLemongleeok battles are hard for themselves due to a factor that they give, like fear. Gloom spawn and hard because they are unnerving. Gleeoks on the other hand come in elemental versions to add difficulty. King gleeok is all 3 elements combined. Just you know.
I only look a couple guide on overpowered multiplier, and this gleok didn't pose much a challenge.
I regret that.

Found this Gleeok Den fairly early when Link wasn’t very strong and didn’t upgrade any armor, so I turned around and ran outta there real quick.
Fought this one using the Radiant set and a Savage Lynel Bow (no 5 shot modifier) went suprisingly fast, the most damage I took was fall damage, lol.
Depths is fun to explore, but constantly having to deal with gloom enemies is a pain in the neck.

Secret? He's on the map "Gleeok Den".
I literally stumbled upon/beat this boss yesterday. If you've fought/beaten other Glelocks, you can beat this one the same way.
Going into the depths accidently not knowing it exist sounds exciting I didn't know it exist and my friend found it

the gloomed king gleeok was my first gleeok to defeat lol

Wait until master mode comes out

i was roaming around the depths when i found this it was terrifying
Would’ve switched over to zonaite, great eagle or dusk bow towards the end. Need that long range once king goes up high.
much easier using keese-eyeball arrows, especially when in the air!
How is your game so smooth holy
Why does his gameplay look so much better than mine. Is this cat playing in 60fps and 4k or something?
This is almost certainly played on emulator with upscaling and 60fps
I always stock up on plenty of keese eyeballs before fighting gleeoks since my aim is shit.
and i thought ganondorf had a way of saying hola
I already knew about this Gleeok lol.
bruh i just used ancient arrows and savage lynel bow and a fierce deity sword combined with a silver lynel horn, ez took me 3 mins
Oh I fought this guy. He's pretty cool.
This was my first gleeock I fought
I keep dying in the final phase. Think I'm just gonna quit it at this point 😂
Ore you just zuggle 20 Master Swords together...
Quick question, how is your gameplay so smooth? Are you on a switch pro or what is it?
All you need is a bunch of rockets to attach to your shield, and a lot of elemental fruits for your arrows. Too easy.
why does this look like your playing this on ps5, its beautiful
Secret King Gleeok? Nothing secret here, been there done that and he’s not happy, he’s gone.
Idk how yall just stumbled across this bc I have been blindly searching in the dark and haven't been able to
Savage Lynel bow and three springs stacked to launch yourself is how i did it
That60 fps looks beautiful
I just glad he had fun
I usually demolish my enemies with overwhelming force
Needless to say, that get stale quickly
What do you have fused to the master sword?
How do you take such little damage?!
He has soldier armor (probably upgraded a few times) which is tied for highest armor stats in the game.
Looks so nice in 60 fps
I was annoyed for you when those ice blocks kept falling on your head just as you got high up enough to reach the gleeok.
I actually found this version of King Gleeok first.
Oh no.
I beat this Gleeok, i dont know how you did it without a lynel bow and the fire and ice keese eyes
Zelda looks so much smoother at this higher Hz! Gotta be 120 or 144 fps.
Actually, this is only 60FPS.
@@Waikuterudid you do any post-processing? it looks noticeably different?. Upscaling? Must be the capture card or maybe I’m not used to the TV output.

Of course theres a king gleeok in hell
Do you know how to make a train
what are you playing the game at? this is very fluent and clearly at least 60fps
Is it possible to deflect his rays as in botw ?
WHERE are the Keese eyeballs ?
What is attached to you master sword? Why is hitting so fast?
Look again, master sword hit normally, it just the other sage follow up with the beating.
60 fps TOTK makes me feel a certain way

Can you german
Learn how to use keese eyeballs my guy
That's a mod, right? Pretty sure he wasn't Gloomed when I fought him.
It’s not THAT secret. I stumbled across it trying to complete the Twilight armor set. Took ages but finally beat it

@looeyg Ah.
Thanks mate.

I beat this gleek first as in the first one I killed
Is this a mod or can you actually do this
no it isn’t it’s in the depths in the start of the video it shows the location p
The frame rate is so smooth... No way this is being played on a Switch. We need a better Nintendo console!
Yuzu emulator
