It's just refreshing to see someone so understated in a world where hype has overtaken content in a lot of ways.
Yeah... In my opinion, the whole ordeal of tone wood is way too overrated and overestimated... I've seen guitars made of so many different materials and sound so amazing... They already make these, and the sound is supposed to be as perfect as you can get (still under debate).
Painkiller Jones I mean him as Brand.
To be fair, this has already turned into a successful business. Almost 400k subs on TH-cam by making guitars is awesome as hell.
Not if the body mold is from a copyrighted guitar.
6:25 you can also polish the interior of the holes where you have the cables so that the interior scratches are not so visible :)
Wooden dowel, some double sided tape and sand paper and a drill. Then glue a load of cotton to a dowel and cover it in polishing compound to finish. A small touch but it'll look a lot better.
Not that it isn't incredible already :)
I expected him to start playing smoke on the water or something like that... this is my first time seeing this mans channel, and holy crap! That song was pretty damn good!
Imagine if he titled it “I Built a Clear Guitar Out of Ice” everyone’d be all “wtf”
Yeah right haha lol fun
1 day later, becomes pile of water with pickups
I was getting emotional when you played it’s always so wonderful hearing it!! It sounds like something James bay might play! Just lovely music!!
I wish the song at the end of the video lasted forever.
BLAHHOOGIE it has that quality about it, huh?
I remember seeing a clear lucite Ampeg guitar in the early 70s that was, for me, the coolest guitar that I had ever seen. Your guitar brought back some very fine memories.
Finally, a new video, which means a new guitar!
Was already mesmerized by that beautiful build, and then that melody you made out of it... *Overdose of bliss* ... You are a pro at peak 👍👍👍
This is so crazy, the amount of patience that goes into this is astounding. Great job.
Wowza what a beautiful tone in the end bud it was amazing
imagine being free and being able to play in an open field, life is good
except you don't know how to play :D
@@peacefist4413 ?
Good Day420 no i do
Good Day420 im actually learning from music theory
Just go into a field with a guitar and experience it for yourself. Unless you are in prison, there is no reason you can't.
I low key got pissed when he stopped playing

Sam Moe i agree. I would totally buy this song.
I like to have full record of that solo.
Not being rude but it's time ~binx
Me: "Wonder how they put the frets into the neck of guitars? Precise grooves carved perfectly sized for the metal then glued into place maybe?"
Dude: *beats the shit out of the fret with a hammer*
Me: "Good to know."
😂😂
He wasn't really "beating the shit out of it".. More like tapping it with a 3lb rubber hammer.
normally they use specialized equipment, fret press.
It was a mallet that doesnt damage it's like powerful soft blows
I actually really like that song, did you make it or is it someone elses. Either way i want to listen to it some more!
look in the description
*”song at the end is made up”*
@@gionnivillalobos7112 I like it, and quite a few others do as well. You should try to re-create it and just slap it up on your channel. If you want. Keep up the cool work.
It's just a groove really.
If you want to be precise, EVERY song is made up by someone.
Sometimes, I just come back to this video for that ending. Sublime!!!
6:45 here's a demo button.
Thank you, idk why i didnt make my own 😅
Do this on all his vids thnx
Jeffrey Horst I legit come here everyday

Imagine having that one strand of hair inside the guitar...
*OCD LEVEL INTENSIFIES*

That would suck so bad!!!!!!!!!!!
Cause that's totally what ocd is and it's so funny and quirky
This dude: You bitch!
All the time spent making that was "clearly" worth it.
😂😂😂

Bit of a transparent pun that bro...
Alright well on that "note" I'll stop

I love just how nonchalant you are. Many TH-cam guitar builds are multi episode epics, using thousands of dollars of tools and detailed discussions about material and design choices. Yet, you seem to be able to knock a stunning guitar out without much fanfare in less than ten minutes in your garage, including a tasteful demo that doesn't include any 'Guitar Olympics' shredding nonsense. I know these videos are heavily edited compilations of the entire process and I'm in no way criticising either what you do or make, you're obviously very skilled. It's just refreshing to see someone so understated in a world where hype has overtaken content in a lot of ways.
Honestly that jam at the end was the best part. Why is no one talking about that? Lol
i know right? I want that to be a whole piece.
Nearly put me to sleep. In the good way. So calming and beautiful
It sounds like englewoods sea song it sounds similar in a way
I need the song at the ending on Spotify
I uploaded an extended edit on my channel!
Use Shazam to find it then get a link to download off a site on google that converts it to MP3.

Yeah... In my opinion, the whole ordeal of tone wood is way too overrated and overestimated... I've seen guitars made of so many different materials and sound so amazing... For me, in electric guitars, most of the tone comes from pickups, pedals and amp. Materials may play a part in tone, but I do think is not so drastic...
@@admirable_kon5083 Pickups and strings make most of the sound.
@@Ogilla pickups and the amps have given me the greatest difference.
@Burls Art this is so inspirational! You build some sweet guitars man! This has to be one of my favorites!

Wow, man. This is incredible stuff! I love how you have this all down to a science. There is so much work involved in creating this; I'm very impressed. Thanks a ton for sharing your ways with us here. Keep up the awesome work! 😊👌
There's one thing about MOST of the crafting and creating community on TH-cam that I love: no clickbait titles!
There's no "This Guitar Was Sent To Me By GOD! [NOT CLICKBAIT] (ALMOST DIED)"
