There will be a certain day... Fortunately it's not today, or anytime soon. But there will be a day where Team Fortress 2 becomes as outdated as Super Mario Bros.. and Contra. And in the days when that game is sitting in the dust like a forgotten memory, A few of us that took the game as a passion will sit down at our Desktops, start it up, and play a nice game of Capture the Flag at 2fort, while this song plays in the background, reminding us of what this masterpiece was and always will be.
As a tf2 youtuber, You tend to get lost in the video making and sometimes you forget the passion you had when you first picked up the game. After listening to this, instant nostalgia hit. I remember being 11 roughly eight years ago, begging my dad to buy the game for me off amazon, and 8 eight years later to this very day I finally remember that I am currently playing one of the most revolutionary games that ever came onto the PC. Although well known people around the community come and go, they will never forget the passion they had for the game. I will always cherish the memories from this masterpiece of a game until they finally put me to rest in my casket bed. But when I jump in game it's totally different. When I had first gotten the game I always listened to songs while I played, I really only played payload. When I got upward, I would play this. When the game started I walked to a certain spot next to a cliff and looked off into the beautiful blue sky for a few minutes. Without Team Fortress Two I could and would not be the same person I am today. This was the exact video I played, no exceptions. Thank you for making this video, It is a big part of my life.

RIP Rick May [voice behind Soldier & Peppy Hare from Star Fox for those unaware] as of this comment he passed away due to the Covid-19 Pandemic combined with Heart Failure. Soldier was probably one of my favorites in this game when it came to humor, he was a crazy American ultra-nationalist who would say nonsensical stuff and jump around using a rocket launcher. I usually don't get ultra sentimental for celebrity deaths, though I give basic respect & look back at their legacies. Rick May is probably one of the biggest ones in a while, and it's a shame we're never gonna hear his performance as soldier again. TF2 is a wonderful game and it wouldn't have been the same without Rick May's contribution. You were good son, real good, maybe even the best.

I remember back 2011 playing Tf2, this was the music first start playing on the menu screen. I remember all the fun time I had on Tf2 till 2013. It became unplayable after thath :C I mean, do you still remember? - only 1 slot for taunt? - the little trade box in-game? - the simple layout of the menu? - Only 1 cosmetic to wear at a time? - The hype for "meet the pyro" trailer? - Sniper VS Spy update? - And this sets, when you had the items for it. You had a special perk? Does the most people remember these times?
