Jamie, you could try using just 1 nightstand. That way you would only need to store 1, you’d have more space, and you wouldn’t have to buy anything.
That's what I was thinking as well. That way she won't have to buy any else either
My adult children when they were much younger would say that their socks had bumps. I would have to spend time getting their socks to make their feet feel better before going to school. It was a struggle, but well worth it! I don’t like bumps in my socks either 😊 Sensory issues are real.
He does definitely sound like a keeper. I love how you lit up when he came in and even blushed a little

I agree about sensory friendly clothes, my adopted son is the same way. My son had food allergies when he was young, but has outgrown the food allergies. You have sensitive & polite children, who are also beautiful, like their mom. I wish the best for you & Chad, God willing. Honesty & trust are very important. My husband & I were married over 47 yrs before he passed away, he was not only my husband but my best friend.
I love this house it’s so much brighter and your other one seemed dark I think it will have good energy😊
Hi Jamie. Why don’t you just slide you bed down a tiny bit so you can utilize one of the night stands on your side of the bed and put a fake tree or throw ladder in the other corner? Then you’ll only need to store one night stand and won’t have to buy a temporary one? I know the bed won’t be dead center but the night stands are so very nice and if the home is just temporary I’d just slide it down a tiny bit to fit one since it’s just you sleeping in the bed anyhow.

Hi Jamie, I always watch from Yorkshire in the north of England, but rarely live as it is the middle of the night here. You’ve done such a great job getting your house ready for the children’s return home. It is such a lot of work. I know from experience. Small children learn languages so quickly. I moved from Australia to the Netherlands when my son was four, his three sisters were in their late teens. After eight weeks in a Dutch school the teacher said that Ben’s Dutch was at almost the same level as his classmates. We moved to a number of countries in Europe and Ben soon became tri-lingual. He now has his own family and has always had strong language skills which has been such a help in business. I love your new live video setting. You are right, the lighting is perfect. ❤

You could put a shower curtain up in the stand up shower. Use a pressure rod.

How about a bunkbed with a trundle on the bottom? The modern ones pull out much smoother than the older ones did. It would leave more floor space.

I’ve noticed you have mentioned the shower not having a door. It might possibly work to use a shower tension rod and shower curtain. I have a shower liner and pretty lace curtain. It would give you some privacy and hold in the warmth of the shower.

I relate the the soft clothing issue! I’m like that also….but had no idea it had a name or that others are like that! Also, yes, I was shocked one day to discover all the old videos are gone. I liked to go back and look at your kids, including your two oldest, at different ages. I don’t use Facebook. So yeah, I would love to see those! I used to like to see when the kids were toddlers and Mina Mina came over with her puppet and sang the welcome song! Also, when they were infants and Little Grandma held them!

Reaaaally think about the triple bunk bed.
My little fell off the top bunk and lost their two front teeth. Also it’s a pain to change the sheets!
