Love Vladislav Doronin’s residence house in the forest build by her project. Remember back in 2009 when we moved to our new office in Moscow City’s Capital City, there was a sketch of this project. It attracted a lot of attention and it was hard to believe it will ever be build without significant changes. Now the project is finished and it looks even more irregular and futuristic surrounded by real forest.
I get fascinated every time I see one of her works. How it's smooth and Mind-blowing. I wished so bad that one day we would have one of her works at our home iraq.

What amazes me how an architect gets all the praise plenty can draw sculpturel pictures ,internal lay outs are impressive, but the skill is how do the people that make some of these structures do it some of it is crazy that's what amazes me ..
Zaha Hadid was truly a brilliant visionary, and my favorite architect of all time. One of my favorites is Leeza SOHO which at first seems deceptively simple but upon closer inspection is truly a remarkably inspired and elegant project.

I saw an exhibition of her models and drawings for various built and proposed projects at the Guggenheim (took up the entirety of the spiral ramp). In a smaller gallery was an exhibition of drawings and early works of Jackson Pollock... two innovative people in their fields in one museum, it was quite a fascinating day at the museum. She also pushed the boundaries of engineering and what building materials could do.
We were extremely fortunate to land one of the condos in her Manhattan condo building located directly on the High Line Park at 28th Street and 10th Avenue. To have a spectacular apartment on the HL that allows visitors to the park a direct view into our home was a challenge to decorate and furnish as each piece was chosen to highlight the space, both inside and outside. While it might feel intrusive to some. having this unit just one floor above the High Line walkway is an amazing thing. We have, at the very least, 200 people every day waving at us as they walk along the winding paths of the HL. I believe she would approve of how we decided to furnish all of the condos rooms using furnishings from both Italy and America.....in our opinion, the best of both countries. I will forever keep this unbelievable duplex apartment (made from combining two units, both with massive outdoor space. The total sq footage equals just over 4000 sq ft in addition to another 1800 sq ft of outdoor space. Our unit faces both onto the HL as well as being able to look in North, South and West directions. Never before have I owned such a magnificent space and that is saying alot because I have lived in NYC all of my life. This is my 12th such apartment in the city and since we held onto our two previous units, one right down the High Line in Cary Tamarkin's 508 W 24th and the other in 10 Sullivan Street, another one of Cary's amazing buildings, never will we get tired of living in this amazing city, Each of our homes remain vacant but furnished so we can jump from building to building at a moments notice. We are currently thinking of purchasing yet one more unit in this building as no two are the same as views are concerned. While there are slight changes in each floorplan, the views from each space is different. Hopefully by the fall of this year we will have this next unit in our possession for quests to stay with us just down the hall. I am fortunate to have one and now possibly two of her apartments and never will they change hands with anyone outside our family. I am blessed.....She was a genius who left us far too soon.
I am not fan of futuristic form and architecture, but I am fasinated by her Mighty, Fantastic and Beautiful Ideas, Form... buildings... Design... she is really one of the best architect and designers ever!
