I give you: REMYELINATION ✨ Researches say that you need 4 things in order to do this effectively!
⭑1: Therapy to create cells that make myelin
⭑2: Movement to move those cells around
⭑3: Therapy to reduce the cells that are preventing the creation of myelin
    ⭑4: Something that reduces inflammation
You already have 2 & 4 ready to go!
Are you exercising consistently or working to reduce inflammation?

I recently found your channel! I’m so excited to try many of the helps you’ve provided. I would also like to hear a discussion of remyelin helps. Thanks always

Hi Kathy! Great question - I have many full length, MS-specific exercise classes on my page filled with seated exercises that can help with this. I hope you check them out, and enjoy!

Hi Dr. Gretchen, very intersting video.
    1. Are there links, perhaps in medical studies, that talk about myelin dispersion?
    2. Can the cell's dispersion become something permanent?

There were several studies that the researchers discussed in terms of myelin dispersion at the conference, but I don't have them on hand. I don't recall them discussing more specific details on the dispersion other that the fact that it's possible.

Everyone's body is different, and responds differently to various nutrition methods. For that reason, I don't recommend specific plans. However, I will say any way you can decrease inflammation is great!

Where do we learn all 4 steps? 😊

    • @DoctorGretchenHawley

All 4 are discussed in the video. But, given that the other 2 are therapies that would need to be discussed with a neurologist I would suggest checking in with yours to see what they say! Until then, exercise & nutrition are great places to start!
