Honestly i dont care for this house. Yes it is huge but to me there is nothing Mediterranean about it. Houses butt up to it , no pool or flora at all. Usually these type of housing has courtyard with lots of trees and flowers. This just has lots of bare rooms with no charm...

I'd say great property but brother you are missing out on WAY TOO MANY details like different types of wooden flooring patterns that is throughout the house, different types of knobs on kitchen and storage cabinets, you did not even cover if these cabinets are soft close or not. These are the details architects and interior designers spend hours on and you just walked past 15 things without mentioning.

Im disappointed with the inside of the traditional Mexican house. It went from a traditional Spanish home to the inside of a modern American home. Not happy with the inside. You gotta go all out if you gonna build a traditional Spanish home
For a $400 million house I was expecting the master bedroom to be more special than that. and the closet you know that's not a big closet for any women with lots of clothes and shoes and purse
