I'd say great property but brother you are missing out on WAY TOO MANY details like different types of wooden flooring patterns that is throughout the house, different types of knobs on kitchen and storage cabinets, you did not even cover if these cabinets are soft close or not. These are the details architects and interior designers spend hours on and you just walked past 15 things without mentioning.

The astro turf looks horrible, and the house looks like an empty white box with so many rooms that have no real purpose. Looks quite cheaply done.
