Uninstall FiveM: If you currently have FiveM installed, start by uninstalling it from your computer. Redownload FiveM: Visit the official FiveM website and download the latest version of the client. Locate Your GTA V Directory: Open File Explorer and navigate to your Local Disk (C:). Go to the Program Files (x86) folder. Find and open the Steam folder. Inside the Steam directory, locate and open the steamapps folder. Then, go to the common folder. Here, find and open your Grand Theft Auto V folder. Launch GTA V via FiveM: Inside the Grand Theft Auto V folder, find the executable file (usually named GTA5.exe with the GTA logo). Right-click the file and choose to open it with FiveM or launch it directly after opening FiveM.

This did not work for me. I've reinstalled Windows graphics, drivers fivem GTA and nothing works
