The video continues with Bill Anderson, deputy director of the Detroit Department of Transportation, speaking into a microphone at a desk in a parking lot. He mentions the upcoming American Public Transportation Association convention in Detroit, in October 1986, which will include the International Bus Roadeo. He then turns the microphone over to Jim Frier who explains the qualifications for participants and the prizes. First prize is awarded a $200 savings bond and a trip to Los Angeles for the 1985 International Rodeo, second prize is a $100 savings bond, and third place gets a $50 savings bond. There are then shots of buses maneuvering around a course composed on traffic cones, and a judges observing their ability to back into spaces. The video cuts away several times.
The video is on a UCA-30 U-Matic tape with a handwritten label in pencil directly on the tape. The tape is housed within a grey plastic Sony KCA-60XBR case.
