Never realized what a funny bunch of kids they were! Seems from all the videos and interviews, they loved one another and stayed fairly well grounded which is rare in show business.

Look at the band during the intro. Perfectly still, professional musicians / performers. They are there to back the Cowsills not take attention from them.
John can do pretty well anything , I know he’s a drummer first .. but the guy is pretty great at everything , and check out when they play “ That Boy ( the Beatles ) ... Bob sings lead and that high part in that song .. man he’s so close to John Lennon .. They would make a good Beatle band .. but they got there own great songs ...
There's only 3 of them left, how and the heck are they nailing all of the harmonies??? And the back up band isn't helping that much...I am very impressed! (had a crush on Susan when I was a kid ;)

John Cowsill is still active, drumming occasionally for the Beach Boys and married to the Bangles' Vicki Peterson.

Paul was the group's keyboard player. Now Bob's son, Ryan, is the keyboardist. Paul's son, Brendon , is a guitarist with the group.
