Sun Valley California is home to about 50,000 people. Most of them are of Hispanic or Latino origin such as myself. But I want to emphasize that we have a lot more than just Mexican or Central American cuisine here in Sun Valley. Case in point: Paros family restaurant. This is a standout casual restaurant that serves delicious Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food. Take a look at some of the pictures that I show in this short video and you can see things like shish kebab lamb and hummus. If you’re fan of this type of food, and I am, I encourage you to visit this restaurant while you’re here.
There’re other Middle Eastern restaurants all over the place if you’re coming from some Area perhaps in the Midwest and you don’t get exposure to this type of food then what better opportunity than trying middle Eastern food here in Sun Valley California.
