GLS Right Angle Pancake TRS Plug Assembly

This will be the first in a new series of videos where I simply take you through my thought process on cable assembly with various plugs.
First up is going to be the GLS right angle TRS pancake style plug. I recently built up a bunch of cables using these plugs for a customer on a budget. Watch the video to see if this is your new favorite plug, or you just get what you pay for.

Do the components that make the tube/tip of the jack have to be glued in place? I got two different brands of this style of cable but mono, and they've both fallen apart! Thanks
