South India's First Double Decker Flyoverwork Opens |Ragigudda to Silk Board |First drive|Bengaluru

This double-decker signal-free flyover is located near the Central Silk Board junction, intersecting both the Outer Ring Road and Hosur Road. It spans 5.12 km from Ragigudda to Central Silk Board, aiming to provide signal-free travel from Ragigudda to HSR Layout and Hosur Road. The project promises to cut travel time by more than 30 percent for commuters heading towards K R Pura and Hosur Road.

Directions for using the double decker flyover 👇👇
Commuters coming from Banashankari, Jayanagar going to Hsr layout, Whitefield, Kr Puram, Hosur road, Electronic city can use the upramp below the Ragigudda metro station.
As soon as you reach silk board area there is a loop which will take you over the junction signal free. After crossing the loop the flyover splits into two downramps.
1. Commuters going towards Bommanahalli, Electronic city, Hosur road go STRAIGHT after crossing the loop.
2. Commuters going towards HSR layout, Marathahalli, Kr Puram, Whitefield take LEFT just after crossing the loop.
Please WEAR SEAT BELT, HELMET. Also please keep the SPEED of your vehicle within the SPEEDLIMIT.

If India’s first double decker flyover is in Santacruz Chembur Link Road as per the sources then this video description is a misleading information.. India’s first two tier or double decker flyover is in Tirunelveli Tamilnadu.

This flyover is of very little use to those who are going towards HSR Layout and beyond since this will bring vehicles faster to the next bottleneck and make a severe mess there.. could help people going towards Hosur Rd.. but no help to those residing in BTM Layout

In Silkboard there are many Flyovers.. One is hosurroad flyover, now two ramps from double decker.. And tall one is metro flyover
