CIPC has been mandated in terms of the General Laws Amendment Act, the Companies Act (as amended) and its Regulations to establish a register of Beneficial Owners for all entity types registered in terms of the Companies Act and the Close Corporations Acts.

what if the beneficial owner is another company? do you then select that its an affected company?

Only a natural person can be considered a beneficial owner.
