Blue and Bluey in the thumbnail? Now that’s what I call, fantastic Tv show color coding. Barney, Bill Nye, Little Einsteins, Dora, Diego, and Magical School Bus, they’re all my educational childhood shows. Including Sesame Street. ❤
After Janice died what if Nickelodeon makes a rebooted of the Backyardigans and add a new character to join it just like what did in the bubble guppies
You know with Disney currently running high on Members Berries/Nostalgia, it would be a good idea to reboot Little Einsteins (hopefully for the better)
Little Einsteins and The Backyardigans are two childhood shows that got me interested in music. The former with classical composers and the latter with genres of music.
I also remember Wow Wow Wubbzy, Jojo Circus, HigglyTown Heroes, Word World, Word Girl, Imagination Movers, Pingu, Bob the Builder, Teletubbies, and Oswald.
WordGirl is and was my favorite. I still watch LetterLand and Super Wings. I’m considered autistic because I like other preschool shows, like Wubzy, Backyardigans, Barney and more.

I watched "Zoboomafoo" a bit when I was a Kid, but then I completely forgot about it, I was never able to remember anything about the show, including the name. It wasn't until I watched this video, that it came rushing back to me. The Only thing about the "Zoboomafoo" show, I could vaguely remember was a Lemur, and a scene where someone poured a tray of Ice Cubes down another's back. So, in short, thanks Ms. Mojo for helping to reconnect with a show from my childhood that I enjoyed. :)
I still remember in 10th grade, my English teacher played a VHS of “Grammar Rock”. Everyone was singing along with Conjunction Junction, even the crowd outside the door that was also watching!
I’m surprised that PB&J Otter, Bear in the Big Blue House, Pajanimals, George Shrinks, Small Potatoes, WordWorld and Jay Jay the Jet Plane didn’t make it to the list
I loved watching educational kid shows when I was younger. I think Blue’s Clues has to be my number one favorite. I remember when I was in elementary school. My teacher would put it on and the kids and I would play along, and I went through my phase of liking dinosaurs because of Barney the dinosaur, honestly you know I really do miss watching these shows. I have some of these shows on Paramount+ and other streaming platforms but I don’t really watch them that much but it’s great to see that there are kids out. There are younger. I can watch these shows and get education my childhood will forever be missed
I have so many fond memories of watching several of these shows as a kid; sesame street, reading rainbow, wishbone, mister Roger's neighborhood, & schoolhouse rock. I'm a little disappointed that 3-2-1 contact wasn't mentioned, as that was another one of my favorites.
Hey you forgot to put Disney's Teacher's Pet (Written by Gary Baseman) on the list. That show was very educational. And taught kids good life lessons too.
Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood, inspired so many people including me. It’s legacy also led to its (somewhat) spin-off TV Show “Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood” based on the Neighborhood of Make-Believe from Mister Rogers which is also an educational TV Show, just like Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood
I'm so glad that Blue's Clues and Reading Rainbow are on the list. However, I think Blue's Clues should be #7. It has two non-theatrically released movies that are mostly acclaimed by critics and movie fans. Beat that Schoolhouse rock!
Beakman's World (1992-1998) Still Can't Believe Paul Zaloom (Beakman) Is Gay, Mark Ritts (Lester The Rat) Is Dead, and Alana Allbach (Josie) got Sexier over time

*FUN FACT:* _Dora the Explorer_ made 2 spin-offs in the process of its successful run. 1. _Go, Diego, Go!_ A nature-based spin-off that focuses on animals and their natural habitats. 2. _Dora and Friends: Into the City!_ A metropolitan-based spin-off that took place two years right after the events of the original series. Thus, also acting as a sequel.
14:40 Magic School Bus is my favorite kids show about the study of the science. And Magic School Bus Rides Again is best reboot ever! I hope Magic School Bus Rides Again will renew in 2024 or 2025.
This is one of the best lists I've ever seen. Almost all of the shows I used to watch are on here! Such nostalgia! Anyone that have watched these shows as kids had great childhoods.
These educational kids' shows on PBS such as Reading Rainbow, Magic School Bus, Between the Lions, Cyberchase, and Bill Nye the Science Guy are fantastic! They are right up there with Arthur and Sesame Street.
ANOTHER reason for why PBS deserves much more star recognition as much as ABC/Disney CBS/Paramount Global & NBCUniversal/Universal Studios, and partnered with a movie studio like Amazon Studios!!
PBS gave us another CTW show called _Square One TV_ that educated us on mathematics from all over grade school through songs, sketches and even video game parodies, ending with _Mathnet_ which was a parody of _Dragnet._
Little Einsteins is number one in my books Plus, I want to give a shout out to other educational children's shows that weren't on this list that I loved as a kid Come Outside (1993-1997) Nina and the Neurons (2007-2015) Numberjacks (2006-2009) Go Diego Go (2005-2011) Bindi The Jungle Girl (2007-2008) Horrible Histories (2009-2014) Octonauts (2010-Present)
My favourite part of _Horrible Histories_ was the _Stupid Deaths_ segment. Some of my favourite educational shows not on the list are Lift-Off and Read All About It!.
Remind me again why Little Einsteins got cancelled? Because, for the life of me, every time I type that question into Google, I get no legit answers, just parody reasons… I miss them so much! And I know Disney Junior’s TH-cam channel has full episodes of the show (I think almost all of them), but no Season 3 despite the overwhelming popularity…? 😢
Disney lost the rights to Baby Einstein. That's the REAL reason why. A reboot could potentially happen without Baby Einstein's involvement. Who knows? No one will know.
@@ChanelBravo-v5t let’s hope so… I’m not consuming Disney Junior’s content as much as I used to, but from what I’ve seen, all their newest shows within the past year or so just look and feel the same. Even Mickey Mouse Funhouse, which is less of a Clubhouse reboot than I thought (assuming that was the intention; if it was, I didn’t really care unless Toodles was gonna be there, and he wasn’t). THAT SAID, a revival that maintains the style of the show, hopefully the same VAs are sound alike, would be very welcome.
*FUN FACT:* The current voice of Digit on _Cyberchase,_ Ron Pardo, also voices Gingka's father "Ryo" Ryusei Hagane (aka Phoenix) in the _Beyblade Metal Saga._
I love you guys, and I'm not here to tell you how to do your job. That said, ranking Wishbone and Carmen Sandiego so low? That hurt. It REALLY hurt. Of all things, at least put Barney in the very bottom spot.
The shows on this list that I think are awful are "Peppa Pig," "Barney and Friends," "Dora the Explorer," and "Arthur." I wouldn't say I'm real fond of "Little Einsteins," or "Blue's Clues" either. The original opening theme for "Reading Rainbow" scared me a lot when I was a little kid, for I found the transformations in the original opening as terrifying. I do think "Sesame Street" is rather nice, but I don't like it as much as I used to. I think "Bluey" is a real good show, I've been gaining a lot of fondness for that show. "Schoolhouse Rock" does seem rather nice to me as well.
As for me , I hate dora the explorer as well too It is a stupid show for preschoolers and I think it's a horrible show And it's mine numbing repetitive The? Show is just too slow and not only that, though. They treat the audience like they're freaking idiots If I had kids , I would never allow them to watch that show And I am specially.I am never watching the garbage reboot. That should have never happened Every time dora gets mentioned in a top ten list It makes me want to tell that stupid spanish girl to shut up That's how annoying she is And It also makes me angry. Dora the garbage crap head explorer Is a show that I will never ever watch again.I used to love it as a kid but nowadays I hate it for its horrible characters.Bad pacing And overall it's a show that I would never allow my kids to watch There are far better educational shows that teach better lessons and values than what dora offers.
I grew up on a lot of preschool shows even though out middle school and high school 🏫 some of these are in the video, but not all of them! Great work 👏 👍!
I’m surprised when you mentioned Mr. Rogers neighborhood in the number two slot you didn’t mention the animated spinoff Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood because that Siri follows the same principle just an animated format
It does kind of educate because it discusses things like death, possible miscarriage, infertility, ADHD, military parents, moving, growing up, etc in its own way. That's one of the reasons why adults like the show including me.
I love blue's clue you have no idea how much of a special place that show has in my heart and my memories I cried super hard when Steve went to college whenever I think about it I still cry I'm 27 years old and that's okay!
PBS Kids, PBS Kids Sprout, Playhouse Disney, Disney Junior, Noggin, and Nick Jr were truly the GOATs of educational children's programming, and I'm so glad that I got to watch them all growing up!!!
Lots of these I can agree with (particularly Barney, Sesame Street, Mr Rogers, Little Einsteins, Dora and the Magic School Bus) I’m surprised Bear in the Big Blue House isn’t on this list. I found it to be as impactful as the rest of the shows on here)
You forgot to include ZOOM! ZOOM was produced by PBS affiliate WGBH Boston and it was one of the first shows that told kids to turn off the TV. The show follows a group of seven kids called the Zoomers and in each 30 minute episode, they played games, made crafts, made recipes, told jokes, put on plays, chatted about certain topics and did science activities. All the things the Zoomers did were sent in by kids all over the country. From Boston, Massachusetts to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and even as far as England. Plus, they aired two special episodes where they addressed the scariest day in history. September 11th, 2001. The episodes are called America’s Kids Respond and America’s Kids Remember. And when the pandemic put us on lockdown, the Zoomers now fully grown up showed us how to do some fun activities while w’re stuck inside in a series called ZOOM Into Action for WGBH’s TH-cam channel.

Before Cyberchase was Square One TV. How many kids shouted at Mathman to not eat a number or polygon on account of it being incorrect?
My favorites from this bunch are Blue's Clues, Zoboomafoo and Sesame Street 💕📺
Loved watching those shows
Great childhood shows.
I remember a lot of these. Many of them are my favorites!
I’m surprised that PB&J Otter, Bear in the Big Blue House, Pajanimals, George Shrinks, Small Potatoes, WordWorld and Jay Jay the Jet Plane didn’t make it to the list
As well as Stanley too, that show is overrated in my opinion
Pinky Dinky Doo didn’t make it to the list either
Also, Thomas and Friends didn’t make it to the list as well, since that show is overrated too
Pbs kids helped me a lot
I think I learned more of what I know now from PBS Kids than I did in school😂😂
I loved watching educational kid shows when I was younger. I think Blue’s Clues has to be my number one favorite. I remember when I was in elementary school. My teacher would put it on and the kids and I would play along, and I went through my phase of liking dinosaurs because of Barney the dinosaur, honestly you know I really do miss watching these shows. I have some of these shows on Paramount+ and other streaming platforms but I don’t really watch them that much but it’s great to see that there are kids out. There are younger. I can watch these shows and get education my childhood will forever be missed
I'm British and the channel CBeebies is very educational here with lots of great programs for kids to learn from and be educated by.
Thank you for using one of my ideas.
Y'all missed out on Stanley's Big Book of Everything and Bear in the Big Blue House.
I saw Plenty of Great Educational Shows on PBS Kids and I Remember Watching Schoolhouse Rock Saturdays on ABC
And I remember Watching Dora The Explorer and Blues Clues on Nick Jr
And no other Educational Kids Show has Lasted Longer than Sesame Street
I have so many fond memories of watching several of these shows as a kid; sesame street, reading rainbow, wishbone, mister Roger's neighborhood, & schoolhouse rock. I'm a little disappointed that 3-2-1 contact wasn't mentioned, as that was another one of my favorites.
Hey you forgot to put Disney's Teacher's Pet (Written by Gary Baseman) on the list. That show was very educational. And taught kids good life lessons too.
And Blue's Clues
Beakman's World (1992-1998) Still Can't Believe Paul Zaloom (Beakman) Is Gay, Mark Ritts (Lester The Rat) Is Dead, and Alana Allbach (Josie) got Sexier over time
Those aren't educational shows. Read before commenting.
@@kamsismith Listen Here Now Beakman's World Is a Educational show why do you see Bill Nye The Science Guy, Magic School Bus, and Arthur Beakman's World Is Bill Nye The Science Guy but based on a Comic Strip Why do Idiots like you pop up every Fucking time this generations Intelligence Is dropping Like a Lead Weight Jesus pop up again and I Won't hold back next time
Need to be; more, specific.
(It's, The Boarderlines. AKA: Illegal Shows)
I love all the 90s educational shows Wishbone, Arthur, Carmen Sandiego, Magic School Bus, and even Ghostwriter!
What About Thomas And Friends
I guess ms mojo didn’t include this on that video
This is one of the best lists I've ever seen. Almost all of the shows I used to watch are on here! Such nostalgia! Anyone that have watched these shows as kids had great childhoods.
A lot of great selections but might I recommend Thomas and Friends?
These educational kids' shows on PBS such as Reading Rainbow, Magic School Bus, Between the Lions, Cyberchase, and Bill Nye the Science Guy are fantastic! They are right up there with Arthur and Sesame Street.
I grew up watching Dora the Explorer, Barney & Friends, and Peppa Pig
Sid the Science Kid was amazing. I made sure my daughter watched it. Now, she is off to college to study Marine Science.
10:48 The Sign did awesome this year.
7:30 - 7:36 You forgot Alpha Pig in your take on Super Why.
Little Einsteins is number one in my books
Plus, I want to give a shout out to other educational children's shows that weren't on this list that I loved as a kid
Come Outside (1993-1997)
Nina and the Neurons (2007-2015)
Numberjacks (2006-2009)
Go Diego Go (2005-2011)
Bindi The Jungle Girl (2007-2008)
Horrible Histories (2009-2014)
Octonauts (2010-Present)
My favourite part of _Horrible Histories_ was the _Stupid Deaths_ segment. Some of my favourite educational shows not on the list are Lift-Off and Read All About It!.
Man, my childhood
Out of all these, my favorites are Barney, Bluey, Bill Nye, Blue's Clues, Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood, and Sesame Street 🥰
I had no idea that Dora’s last name is Márquez!! ❤️
Cliff hanger unlocked a memory I didn’t even know I had
Which one
@@mauricesmithjr4050between the lions
Do you like the movie Frozen
*FUN FACT:* The current voice of Digit on _Cyberchase,_ Ron Pardo, also voices Gingka's father "Ryo" Ryusei Hagane (aka Phoenix) in the _Beyblade Metal Saga._
They forgot the most important part of witwics. They introduced us to arguably the first and best a cappella group on the planet rockapella
I love dora the explorer and blue's clues as a kid and I love the wiggles and bear inthe big blue house
And I loved Bob the builder
Before there was bluey there was blue
Backyardigans and Lazy Town are great too
I love you guys, and I'm not here to tell you how to do your job. That said, ranking Wishbone and Carmen Sandiego so low? That hurt. It REALLY hurt. Of all things, at least put Barney in the very bottom spot.
What? Yiu guys really didn't include WordGirl on this list? That show was best PBS Kids cartoon for me during high school.
4:15 peppa pig (2004)
8:06 barney & friends (2010)
9:02 little einsteins (2005)
10:55 dora explore (2000)
11:49 blue's clues (2006)
Even tough its a great show, to be honest, I think Bluey is meant to entertain rather than educate.
It does kind of educate because it discusses things like death, possible miscarriage, infertility, ADHD, military parents, moving, growing up, etc in its own way. That's one of the reasons why adults like the show including me.
The fact that little Einsteins is on here makes me so happy I love that show thank you msmojo thank you
I love blue's clue you have no idea how much of a special place that show has in my heart and my memories I cried super hard when Steve went to college whenever I think about it I still cry I'm 27 years old and that's okay!
PBS Kids, PBS Kids Sprout, Playhouse Disney, Disney Junior, Noggin, and Nick Jr were truly the GOATs of educational children's programming, and I'm so glad that I got to watch them all growing up!!!
Lots of these I can agree with (particularly Barney, Sesame Street, Mr Rogers, Little Einsteins, Dora and the Magic School Bus)
I’m surprised Bear in the Big Blue House isn’t on this list. I found it to be as impactful as the rest of the shows on here)
It's amazing that i know all of these shows, except 1. And I don't even have kids yet and I still watch these classic shows.
Dora the Explorer brings back so many childhood memories for me!
“Everyone’s favorite proper chummy pig” 😂 who’s everyone? I love this video though, you hit the mark almost every time.
