Turtle rodeo at Tetepare Island, Solomon Islands

Tetepare Island in the Western Province of Solomon Islands offers a range of activities for tourists, visiting friends, and environmental enthusiasts. Here, we are in a part of the MPA doing 'turtle rodeoing' as it is called, and enjoying ourselves. We are part of a team of students doing field work, from the U.S (Kansas University & University of New Mexico) and our local university (Solomon Islands National University).
