Hi thanks for the nice presentation. How can I determine the protein id so I can map the results to other annotation tools eg RAST or PGAP

You get the list of proteins from the .faa file or the .tsv file.

Hello Vincent, this is a nice presentation. Is there a way I can get in touch with you directly? A LinkedIn link or email perhaps?

Hi Vincent. Thank you for the presentation. i work with multiple files (>300). I noted that Prokka generates a directory for each file. How do i rename the gff of each file whithout doing individually? after remaining, what command can i use to group the renamed gff files under one directory?

@Sindiswa you can include a command that will copy the gff files to a separate directory. For eg if the directory created is sample1 then the gff file will be sample1/sample1.gff , You can then copy and rename to a different directory
      cp sample1/sample1.gff targetdirectory/newname.gff
