I'd also love to know which performance/conductor this is, and if it's available anywhere. Obviously recorded live per audience noise, but I think this is my favorite version of this piece that I've heard, with all due respect to Cassuto/Royal Scottish Orchestra (also pretty good as well). But the lyricism and dramatic gestures from strings and percussion are more spirited and vital-sounding in this reading to my ears though. Wonderful piece of music either way!
Excellent music....of a very High Order......BRAVO from Acapulco!

Why is the orchestra playing and the conductor not mentioned ?
@johannbrandstatter7419 -- Can't always mention....lest U-Tube rough up the offender.......
Best version of this Abertura Sinfónica nº 3.
Do you know who is playing?
It might be Mátyás Antal conducting the Hungarian State Orchestra
@@LordoftheFleet I don't think so..they did studio records of portuguese music, not live ones..also the minutage is different...
@@Bomtempo5 Thank you for the information and for correcting me.
@@LordoftheFleet sorry not being able to bring more light about this recording, though :)
