Playmobil, Crusaders vs Saracens, a stop motion film

During the Crusaders at the Holy Lands, many big battles took place between Templars and Arabs. This video was made using Playmobil sets and figures.
Während der Kreuzfahrer im Heiligen Land fanden viele große Schlachten zwischen Templern und Arabern statt. Dieses Video wurde mit Playmobil-Sets und -Figuren erstellt.
Pendant les Croisés en Terre Sainte, de nombreuses grandes batailles ont eu lieu entre les Templiers et les Arabes. Cette vidéo a été réalisée à l'aide d'ensembles et de figurines Playmobil.
Durante los cruzados en Tierra Santa, se produjeron muchas grandes batallas entre templarios y árabes. Este video fue realizado usando sets y figuras de Playmobil.

I like the different terrain in this video and the sheer chaos of the attack. The fire effects look really nice and so do the sand dunes.

Wow, new figures once again. However, this one isn't as good as the previous battles, looks actually a bit boring, nothing really happens there, noone dies apart from the op catapult and some arrows. I hope the next one will be better :)
Curious though, do you film separate duelling pairs on greenscreen and compose them together, or do you film it all real?
