- Back into history the Legions of Rome and the clans of Gaul have fought countless battles, and this is one of them! Hope you like it! All figures used are taken from parts of Playmobil toys.

De retour dans l'histoire, les Légions de Rome et les clans de la Gaule ont mené d'innombrables batailles, et celle-ci en est une ! J'espère que vous aimez! Toutes les figurines utilisées sont tirées de pièces de jouets Playmobil.

I like the sky and the shots of the armies at the start. There's some really cool gauls as well, I especially like the red-bearded one at 2:15
The music is also great and gives it a nice atmosphere making the video feel fforeboding and tense. The battle is epic as yours so often are and the Officer is cool.

Thank you so much Pipsy, I appreciate your thoughts! The Gauls took me so many hours to make them, I mean they are so many and had to make them different from each other. The Romans of course were the easy part since they all look alike. :)

It is a nice stop-motion, exept the are some historical and technical errors.
The testudo for exemple, don’t protect the soldiers from spears or arrows( we see faces)
Informs itself with association which seeks to make reconstitutions.
-The hairstyles of the officers do not correspond to their roles. The centurion's headdress on his helmet is perpendicular to his view. While for the tribune the hairstyle is parallels has its sight.
-Javelins are supposed to be thrown at the enemy, not used as spears.
So I would recommend you for your next Video, to get more information, to have a "historically correct" result

In questa ricostruzione di battaglia tra Romani e Galli,il comandante è un centurione,cioè ufficiale con cresta orizzontale ,in realtà era un legato con cresta verticale,le vostre opinioni.
Sto ancora imparando fatti storici sulle battaglie dei romani e altre civiltà di quel tempo. Non sapevo questo fatto, grazie per averlo fatto notare, lo apprezzo molto! Provo meglio sui futuri video!

The following means: good video, I praise you, I’m happy to see romans in such a big battle. A big army is to be seen, good. :D my abilities are very limited but I’m happy that I can make at least some simple sentences :)

@@PlaymobilFilms I recommend textbook Familia Romana - it's all in latin and mostly intutitive, so you don't have to look stuff up

@@PlaymobilFilms Do you mind if I ask a question? You take all your pics in front of a green screen is that right? Do you add in the backgrounds after? Your videos are so sharp and I've never done anything in front of a green screen but always been curious. Thanks! 🙂
Look, these are are not short answered questions, but I will try to explain you as simple as possible.
Most of the pics are taken in front of a green screen(others are just lighting techniques) and the backgrounds are added after. But you must know what you are doing before start shooting, otherwise the backgrounds will never blend.
If it is possible, avoid green screen for more realistic videos!
About the sharpness, it has only to do with the fact that I am using a dslr camera, with proper lens kit allowing me to shoot sharper images.
AND of course with the presets settings when rendering your video!
I hope I didn't make it too complicated.. Feel free to ask anytime, anything you want, I would be more than happy to share info with a fellow creator :)
@@PlaymobilFilms Thank you!!! So far I've just been buying big wall scroll backgrounds off Amazon but at 20 bucks a pop, it's adding up fast lol. What program or app do you use to add the backgrounds after you shoot the pictures? Thank you again!!
I use meanly Sony Vegas and Adobe Premiere to work on the green screen. Depending on situation, sometime Photoshop is needed too... :)
