  • Ok so this is the last piece I needed to finish up the rear of the car. Some wiring is also going down. I'm starting to see light at the end of the tunnel!

Hi Kris, the easiest way to get the measurements you needed are to use actual plumb bob(s). Lower the pb until it almost touches the floor.Puta Sharpie dot under the tip of the pb. After all points are marked it is easy to measure diagonals as well as straights. 👍

Wow really like that Team Z upper set up. Your welcome on the ends and bearings glad someone that I watch could use them. It's what the Fox body community should be about. Helping each other. Thanks for the video Kris.

Great video!!! How will you be able to paint everything so it doesn’t rust. Looks like there isn’t much room once it’s all welded up. Super beautiful piece!

I was able to get to most of it. This cat never sees water so it shouldn’t rust.

How did this work out for you? I have the same boxes and in the process of installing them now. The frame rails (and that notched area)def don't seem reliable to go off of so might try your method.

Works great. Car goes straight. Only thing I would do different is get real plumb bobs and mark the floor. Would have been easier to measure.

Does anyone sell radius style lower torque boxes? I guess it wouldn't make sense unless you also had radius style lower control arm brackets for the axle.

You over complicated the hell out of that install. Get the bar level, and matched to the cutouts on the frame. The factory tolerances on those lowers is not that close and after 30 years is likely even worse.
