Your Felix Cardigan is working up beautifully! Love how your Mom's socks are looking - such a great color! As for my knitting, I'm still working away on my Pinia Pullover and just putting some sock yarn scraps together to make "leftovers socks", I might try to make a pair of Christmas colors socks by November.
Hi Carla 👋 I loved catching up with you while I knit! Mom's socks are beautiful! You've knit a ton on your Felix cardigan! So pretty 😍 I'm a little nervous about casting on the pullover...I will read ravelry notes for sure!
Hi Leslie!! Thank you so much!! I think my Mom will really like the socks! Once I started knitting on the cardigan, it's been hard to put down. You'll do great casting on the pullover - I would maybe like to make the pullover again in different yarn. It really is a lovely pattern!!☺🧶
THE afghan - wow, just wow. i could never have done what you’re doing. even your tension looks like a good match to jeff’s grandma. it’s just really impressive. your mom’s socks look really nice in that yarn, and your other socks really do look like corn! smart you - the granny squares sound perfect for this time of year.
Love your Felix. I have one and would like to make another. I'd also like to make the Pressed Flowers cardigan but need to decide on colors. Your shawl is beautiful.
Hi Carla. Your shawl looks really nice and I noticed it right away. It looks like the blanket is coming along nicely, I don’t see any gauge issues when you hold it up. ❤
Hi Michelle!! Thank you so much!! When I hold the blanket up, it looks okay to me too. I'm sure Jeff will love it regardless if it is perfect or not!! ❤
Hi Carla, You are always my gift to enjoy after I do all my Monday chores. It's fun to see all your fun projects, I've never made a Felix anything. I did make a sweater once and never wear it. The shawl with no name is back on vacation, I added another 3" on the second half. I'm having fun with my Musselburgh and another Salish hat. I still want to cast on all the things . See you soon
You are so sweet Candee! I am hoping that the Felix turns out - I have many sweaters that I have made that don't get worn-ugh!! Adding 3" on "that shawl" is great!! For your hats, is this your first time knitting a Musselburgh? I have yet to knit one...Take care!!☺
@@carlaknitspodcast3392 This is my third Musselburgh, it's just miles and miles of mindless knitting. I think I'll try a scrappy Musselburgh next. I'm also on my third Salish hat, it's 2X2 rib until the few rows of decreases. It uses two strands of fingering in contrasting colors. My knit of knitting. Enjoy your sweater. See you soon ❤💚
