@@AQUAHOLIC : Nick, I think I came across your next boat on the Denison Yacht Sales website yesterday. It's a 2006 Sunseeker Predator 72 that's named 'Aqua Holic', located in North Miami Beach. It's listed for $625,000 (£448,994). It sounds like they have spent some $$$ making it tip top in the last 3 years. It's a nice looking boat with the perfect name.
“How’s Maggie? Have you pushed any buttons? Are you sure?” 🤣 she’s a good girl!!!! It’s Jacques you need to worry about! Lovely boat too! Have a great weekend
Marex always looks like it has been designed by people who actually spend time at sea. They may not be pushing the envelope on styling but definitely on practicality.
Others look at the weekend possibilities, and I see a single person having quite a lovely little live-aboard opportunity. Another well done review of a quite unique boat.
Whoa - how did you do that? From a fully open day boat to a comfortable cruiser faster than you could film it. And it's all self storing. Very clever. Obviously built in a Magic factory. This boat has open air fun in the sun PLUS a comfy cabin when the clouds roll in. And dare I mention price? Pre-Covid this boat would have been pocket change. Now, it is still at least "affordable". Nick, it's impressive the way you keep "finding" boats so unique. From million dollar yachts to very clever runabouts - what a great variety. Thanks for sharing...
Saw the unwrapping at motorboat&yachting and started looking into Marex. They build the sub 40feet boat with the moast genious layouts by far! Their 375 with aft cabin has as much space as some 45feet yachts. They are amazing! I am still studying, so when i am actually earning decent money there might be some on the used market. Can't wait.
Once again, those Marex canopies dazzlingly simple in their design and storage. The advantages in neatly storing volumes of canvas are huge on a boat of this size. Great tour, as always, Nick!
Sir Burnham when you mentioned how super practical this boat was you immediately caught my attention. Definitely great to see how easy it is to use all of the area of this boat without being an expert organizer. Also I just wanted to say your enthusiasm, imagination, and humour are very much appreciated!
Not for nothing but this is a perfect weekend boat. Loved how they did the layout. Especialy the master cabin. How they put the bed. Qnd the ease of use of the covers. Great job.
Just watched the “unboxing” of this boat on MB&Y - went perfectly hand in hand with each other! You should try that more often. Lovely boat this one, great layout, both inside and out 👏🏼
Some of these lesser known companies make such innovative, value for money boats. It’s a really well thought out boat. Absolutely love this one. I could honestly imagine having a weekend down your neck of the woods in this boat. Ta for another great tour with a bit of humour. Set me up for my last night shift.
Talking to Maggie is pretty normal but listening to what she says is not so normal, LOL. Nice compact boat, thank you again Nick for all the time and effort in bringing us these wonderful tours.
I hope you get an early look at the 330.... marex really seem to have hit their stride of late, especially with the single / twin engine options. Great job Nick!
Love Scandinavian boats. This looks really comfy but than I saw the Marex 370 Aft Cabin at 1:36 into the video. Intriguing... I hope you'll be able to make a video of that one, or even better, the new 320 or 373 Aft Cabin. :)
If anyone told me a year ago I would be addicted to videos of a guy with a GoPro giving tours of boats I would have thought they were mad - love them !!! Would be good to see a tour of an old boat say under 30k like a Natant 24!
@@AQUAHOLIC very much so! That is a nice weekend boat to take out on a sunny day and even to spend an evening or two on 😁 Love your channel! Keep it up!
I watched your MBY colleague film an unwrapping of a brand new 310 last night and then watched his full review from 4 years ago. I then searched to see if you had done one and lo and behold here's yours today 😃. I have to say Nick, you do it much better 😉
I love watching these boat tours, which is amazing since I live in an area of Texas which is famous because we once had a brush fire at the bottom of one of our local lakes.
I also love that Nick shows little things others skip, like showing how the enclosure is deployed. Those kinds of things can be a bigger selling point than a lot of dealers seem to realize. In this case, a set up which looks quick and easy. I've seen other enclosures which look somewhat elaborate, and knowing this wouldn't take too long to close up when weather gets foul is a selling point.
Very nice ...some clever little features ...love the canopy storage .... not so keen on the finish of the woodwork etc ....But I guess it’s all about Value for money ....another great little video featuring Maggi !!! 👍👏❤️
Thanks Nick, another great tour, this is a brilliant little sports cruiser with some great innovative futures, I love the practical use of space and the attention to detail, a great design for its size.
A very nice boat for a weekend with friends, offshore or inshore. I like everything about this boat design wise, couldn’t think of anything else you would need..... other than comfier mattresses on the beds and a microwave oven
A really like Marex’s range, smart, clever and built for Northern Europe. Plus relatively cheap I think. Great tour, as if we’d expect anything less! Thanks Nick 👍👍
Awesome boat if I were to be in the market for a 31 ft boat this would be it, I also watched Motor Boat & Yachting do the commissioning on a Marex 310 and the quite cockpit with the curtains out and snapped in place with the single Volvo is amazing. The way the curtains are stored and deployed is something I had not seen before very user friendly.
I like this different cockpit / salon concept. Very versatile little boat, lovely weekender to spend most of the time outside, yet when the weather turns for the worse, you can still easily enclose it at still enjoy the space.
I think that’s rather a lovely little boat Nick with two reasonably sized cabins, nice galley & good cockpit space. A very practical boat which ticks a lot of boxes & at a price that won’t make your eyes water... good stuff! 😃👋🏻
The single engine really makes this one affordable. I know to most listeners watching this is big money, however this is really good value. Maybe one day we can all be like Nick and get on the Y85 :)
Yep, very nice, brilliant for a long weekend, probably more, the second cabin looks a bit claustrophobic for my liking, imagine just a couple on board though, you could spend weeks away and just use the second cabin as storage, I'd be tempted to ask if it could be removed as a cabin, install a washer dryer, dishwasher and additional fridge space. I think this is well worth looking at once we're clear of C19. Thanks Nick.
The layout kept me thinking for a moment, since I am more a C335 /NC9 kind of guy, but pushing the salon backwards to basically use the seating area for both in- and outdoors is a clever idea, obviously clearing space for a bigger pantry. Although it’s missing a bar counter. 😎
Lovely, well built and well designed boat. Considering the size of the boat she’s got almost everything you need. Excellent! Of course, a top notch Aquaholic tour shows her at her best as always!
The manual roofs are so smart, I dont understand why any boat should have electric moving parts if not necessary. One day they won't work, on the wrong moment and fixed in the wrong position.
@@Benji-ds9df Indeed they are much heavier, and if an overzealous closing were to occur, perhaps encouraged by rain or spirits, you can imagine the type of damage to the boat or worse the people that might have an appendage in the opening.
