How wbc and platelets less than 0.1 percent because platelets is more than wbc and huge difference in both

You trigger the autoimmune disease by tareting the differential leukocytes count. For me has always been eosinophils.... Guess the disease ?

Ok I got question for u low WBC,low rbc, ,low hemoglobin,low hematocrit and CD marks cd3,cd5,cd20,cd23,cd138 pax5 ,bcl2 ,cd79a so what does my friend have , don't say talk to doctors she has no answer form them
