A very interesting episode in which the artist's view of producers like Joe Gibbs and Lee Scratch Perry or a record company like Virgin and their representative in the form of Simon Draper is discussed. It's the good old story of reggae artists being ripped off by the ones who sell their music.
The first of march 2021 marked the 40th anniversary of an interview Prince Far I gave this day in 1981, the program was called Night Flight (see www.nightflight...), hosted by Alan Bangs, a British music journalist, disc jockey and presenter on radio and television who lived and worked in Germany since the 1970s.
Over the coming weeks the available parts of the interview will be posted. The interview is constructed from several sources to make it as complete as possible.
