Fav non final girl Helen Shivers , I know what you did last summer
Personally, I always laughed at Taryn White. They're in a situation where they can get any abilities they want. One kid gets super strength, one kid becomes an olympic class gymnast, one kid not only stands up out of his wheelchair, but gains Freaking MAGIC. Taryn? "I wish I had a knife...make that two knives! And a Mohawk!"
Who needs super powers when you’re a bad ass? 😁
🥉
Most of these none final girls are better than the actual final girls.
Helen gave up right at the end. why did they make her do that? 😂😂 She just had to run a few more feet.
Getting killed by overdosing is probs the easiest way to die as she'd just passout and die with no pain 😂
Now you know damn well it’s Regina and not Ragina 😂
It's the UK pronunciation of the name. Deal with it.
26 such a random number
My favorite girl in this category is the r&b singer Mya in the movie cursed with Christina Ricci
Love Christina Ricci one of my first Hollywood crushes when I was kid
😂😂
🥈
cursed is so good and i root for maya everytime. one day imma just skip her death and pretend she made it home safely that night.
Laurie Strode is the best final girl in horror history? I think Ellen Ripley may have something to say about that. While terrifying Michael Myers is still just a human whereas Ms. Ripley survived against nature's perfect killing machine on three seperate occasions, died, was cloned and then survived a fourth encounter. Granted that fourth time she was also not entirely human herself but surviving at all against those things is still a win in my book.
Helen Shivers! Yes! She was the first non-final girl to come to mind when I saw this list.
Rob Zombie's Halloween films are mint and deserves more respect !!!
@@andrewrichards9513 I agree.
I decided not to watch his sequel because I loved where the surviving characters were at the end of the first. In my imagination I saw The Sheriff, a loving father raising his daughter and the orphaned Laurie as sisters and I didn't want an Aliens 3 situation where I wished I didn't see a movie because I hated the lives and possible deaths of characters I really empathized with. His remake of Halloween was flawless though. Perfectly cast. People that have an issue with his wife in the film honestly just have an issue with him casting his wife. She was a very real and very tragic character.
@tbw_tsa7309 the second one is brilliant, and she survived and is in the second one 👍🏻 you NEED to watch it mate 👍🏻
It's a short E. Considering y'all refer to the Scream franchise at least twice a week, just learn how to actually say their names. It is not "Neeve" Campbell, it is "Nev" Campbell. It is how *she* pronounces her own damn name.
For the love of god… if you’re not going to say Regina Hall’s name correctly at least pick a different way to mispronounce it
I came here to say exactly this same thing. I had to rewind to make sure I heard it the way I thought I did.
I know british folk tend to pronounce things very weirdly, but that's just unforgivable.
👍👍😊💜🐾
Very cringed of them
It's Regina...RE GEEN NA
@@erichishhkabibble1150 🤣👍
Kay played by Isabela Merced in Alien: Romulus should be on this list
Also Mindy Meeks is the BEST part of the later Scream sequels
Good list 👏
Playing this in the background to fall asleep to (my version of a lullaby), only to be ripped from my near slumber when I heard RAGINA Hall 😂💀
It's the UK pronunciation of the name. Deal with it.
Jules from Cabin In The Woods and Marlena from Cloverfield belong on this list too.
I wanted the friend from Halloween 4 and 5 to live.
I agree with Kia, who runs around killing people in a Christmas sweater?, that's one thing I never got about Freddy, why a Christmas sweater?, he could have gone with any other shirt but he picked that one 🤣
Im just starting this and got to Jenna from the Friday Re-Imagining and i gotta say, so wrong except she was a great final girl candidate. She was some crestfallen jolted girlfriend when she found Trent in the bedroom with Brie. She was using him just like all the other friends in the group. She left Trent with Clay, someone Trent definitely saw as a rival for the day without a word. I cant say that makes her a horrible person, but shes not a flawed character.
as soon as I saw the title of this video I immediately thought of Helen Shivers. And she was number 20?! Definitely top 3.
I had no problem with Jennifer character in I know what you did last summer but I love sarah character.
This is pretty much like your list of ‘girls who should have been the final girls’ or something incredibly similar
Jenna should have survived but nobody survive that one which is sad but a ok horror movie
It was Billy.
I liked Annie in the original Friday the 13th.
I'm fairly sure Devon Sawa didn't return for Final Destination 2 because he was in rehab at the time, or at the least, he was otherwise unavailable.
And yeah... the writers for Dream Warriors got things a little backwards. Dream abilities that should totally work were the ones that were killed off the quickest. Like, I get that magic isn't real in reality, but if the kid *believed* he was a wizard in the dream world, then he should have been a powerful wizard there.
Also Andrea was easily top 3 worst characters in the 1rst few Walking Dead seasons
LOL I was listening to this and heard "one of the best characters" and I swear to god there was a record scratch like "wut?" By and large Andrea was one of the most *reviled* characters in the TV adaptation, and that was literally why her character was killed off, while her comic book counter part is still alive and kicking.
Cool have a suggestion for a video movies that don’t make that much sense
Kate does make it to the end of fear street. You need to watch all 3.
Jfc Stop saying whether or not someone "deserves" to be a final girl. There are no "qualities" of a final girl, there's just the fact that she happened to be the ONLY ONE TO SURVIVE to the end. That's literally it. Just like in real goddamned life. Put yourself in Sally's position in TCM and see how much of a Laurie Strode you are. It's just more of the same determining what makes for a "strong female character" when it's already failed from the start because it's still regarded as a trope.
Yet another reason I cannot STAND Amanda from Saw. Her traps were never fair, and she killed off such a great character.
britney murphy shouldve been in place of jenna and anne from candyman is the final girl cause well if u seen the movie lol
Clear rivers is the final girl in final destination, she dies in number 2 so I don’t think she applies to this list
People liked Helen Shivers better because she was Buffy.
Ellie !!!
I love ya !!!
😘😘😘
Melonie Diaz is the best
Why did they say her name wrong so grossly
Regina hall I’m talking about
It's the UK pronunciation of the name. Deal with it.
My favorite trivia fact about Kelly Rowland as Kia is that she absolutely improvised calling Freddy that homophobic slur and they just kept it.
Mindy Meeks is horrible, what have you been smoking 🚬
Lorraine was easily the worst character in that movie🤷
Just skip a day instead of doing this.
It’s still gross no
Written before watch: PLEASE don't bring up Sarah Michelle Gellar's obnoxious Helen from "I know what you did last summer" YET AGAIN.
(...) On place 20. Seriously, what is it with WC and this vapid character?
And JUNO from "The descent" after that?! Nope, I'm off this list - but not before clicking that "dislike" button. Geez!
Okay, sexist man
Yall do understand the English have dialects that can cause different pronunciations of American names and words (many of which came from England anyway), right?
It's not that serious, good lord.
