Faisal will u review my i20 crdi….wat a gem engine it is…1.4 crdi
This design of M800 doesn't feel boring even after 40 years... One of the cutest little car of all time
❤
Yes and I am lucky to still have maruti 800❤❤🔥
@@arnav1328wow great brother I also have one my dads fv car Maruthi 800 ❤
I think this 800 looks better and rugged than Present Alto K10 ❤🔥
It looks better than alto alto800 and even alto k10..
K10 was good looking up until the 2013 model. After that Maruti made it a toy
@@chickencurry7642 yes first gen k10 was amazing... If Maruti had continued with same looks and upgraded interiors... OG k10 is also love
@@gearedtorule we had the 2011 model. Dad exchanged it last year for 2022 WagonR... He and I, we both hate it...
Id prefer any gen Alto or Alto over any EV car.. btw 2014 K10 is so nice..
Even after 4 decades still the OG 800 is way ahead of its time ❤❤❤
Its very basic model car, it looks great because of his driving.
@@pandurangarao6026basic for you but not for middle class

It wasn't ahead of its time. It looked that it belonged to that era and was in line with 118 NE and Contessa. It was reliable and cheap to run which wasn't the case with any car before maruti. I'd say the Tata Sierra/Estate, Sipani Montego, Daewoo Cielo, Standard 2000 were ahead of their time.
The Engine is more vocal than a Lambo 😂😂
Faisal's voice is even more vocal than a lambo 🙂
@@rishabh7626 😆
This 83 model was made in japan thats why it is still running on roads❤
This 40 year old car looks better than the 2023 Hyundai Verna🤣🤣🤣
Its amzing to note that the engine powering this car was literally on sale till April this year..F8 d..I think its the most long lived engine in indian motor industry and the engine that powered the Indian motoring industry..
Yes ... I have scrapped my MARUTI 800 STD Carburettor Engine and taken New BS 6 Alto 800 last Lot.
Yess….I was missing your old Maruti 800 vlog since it was deleted….and finally another vlog is out😀❤
Now that's build quality ❤ still running on roads
I just started to restore my 1996 Maruti 800. It was a gift for my father from my lovely fufa. It was left because we got 2 new cars. But being an automobile enthusiast I was so astonished by it's legacy. It was a gem that I really adored as my own brother. I am going to make it all original.
Any update on restoration?
@@azfar007 It was never started since 2014 but after almost 9 years it finally cranked for the first time. Well the body is damaged by severed rust to the point where the battery stands was waving at you when it started. Fabrication is an option but it will take a lot of money and I am currently not earning. Time and patient are the only option for me. Atleast it started. But the fucking rats ate the radiator hose pipe 😆
@@Mr.Engine21 damn congrats anyways
Even after decades it looks fab! ❤
2053:- we are goona review a legend car known as lord espresso😀😀
15:37 that shutterdrives guy 😄
Even after 40years this car runs buttery smooth. That's why people will always choose Maruti over any company in India. Maruti invested in reliabilty long back and they are getting the fruits now , even with poor build quality people are still buying . Its the trust that has been gained in decades .. ❤
1:38 bhaiya woh parking light hai. My grandfather owned 1998 800 i spent almost all my childhood going to different places in that car
15:30 bruh ₹47.5 k in 1983 is roughly equivalent to ₹8.1 lakhs in 2023. You cannot compare two different products from different eras without adjusting them for inflation for the current year. It will always provide misunderstanding. The 1983 800 is equivalent to a ₹810000 car in 2023. But perfect vlog as always.
1:39 That is the parking light. Great video.
Your excitement in this vlog of original 800, the ss80 just crashed my youtube...seriously😂
7:20 Suzuki key with Shuzuka 😂❤
this car shows that how much the car industry upgraded by time, specially i can relate this with my type 3 800,this looks even so much more basic than that, but then that's the charm ig:)
only this man can review a lambo and a 800 next to next 😂
Faisal Bhai Great Review👍👍👍👍👍. Our family had not one but two 2nd Generation Maruti 800. First one was SB308 white colour 800 and second one was 1988 model sandal colour 800 with SB308 800's grill installed.
Sachin Tendulkar had a SS80 exactly like this one most probably. With steel wheels and in this red paint shade. It was his first car.
My 800 has gone from Bangalore to Ladakh this year and even now it runs like new
Ss80?
The car which started modern era of driving in indian roads....modern tech, modern design...and everything .
This 1983 model maruti 800 is a charm
Bro,memories you brought back for me.
It was my first car, fastest car I've ever seen start, had starting competitions never lost none..
I even raced a suzuki forza 1300 cc and bust his tail..I'd love another one if i had my way,has to be red, mine was 1982..
This was in Barbados 🇧🇧 back then..
We had this car from 1997 all the way till 2010...same colour..it was an emotion...i learnt driving in it...i miss it...
This carrr is toooo nostalgic mannn.
Tyre Size Is So Chintu Mintu Pintu 😂 1:54
Thanks ! Is it available for sale ?
The tyre width on this is just marginally wider than those on my TVS NTORQ 😂😂😂
Edit : NTORQ has 110/80/12 at the rear
Your profile picture is now BELUGA!
Your ntorq runs on 2 wheels with fibre body...😂..dnt even try to compare with legendary 800
Meteor 350 vs classic 350 2023 which one is most comfortable value for money 🎉engine performance 🎉less vibration 🎉ride city as well as NH❤❤❤ PLS make video about that
Man do you wanna know a secret this was the first car which my dad bought and I have more memories with this car dude
Suzuki key with Shizuka keychain🤣🤣🤣
bhaiya please drop down m340i 2023 jaldi in the channel
Which is this location for car shoot I'm trying to find :( ?
Le Today Car Gen :- Wow watta ground clearance, this is an SUV for sure😍
16:56 he got emotional 🥺
After the drive with Faisal 800 be like : my 40 year life ends here!
Overall great to see this video. Thanks Faisal for this nostalgic video.
The screw thingy between the wind shield and bonnet is the washer nozzle.
That engine sounds VERY VERY beautiful. No car could match it
still remember dad saying we had not to worry about it's reliability (after owning plenty of unreliable cars like AMBASSADOR and 118 NE)
Back in the days ambassador engine is from UK no wonder why it's unrealiable
We had 118 premier and i still has her keys.
I watched it from Australia and that was amazing!
No any other car vlogger can match the energy and enthusiasm of faisal
The best video I have seen on your channel bro 😃
12:27 Creta wala be like:-
Ye Lambo hai kya?
Legend car 800
The seat belts are aftermarket. They didn't come with seat belts back then. Air conditioning was optional back then, but even without air conditioning you would still have the blower as standard. A friend's Dad had a '84 800 that I had the pleasure of experiencing in the early 90's.
It's a legend and legends never die
Jai Maruti 800 ❤
A car that has left an everlasting impression in all of india our family has been using maruti suzuki cars for a decade I too would like to own m800 again ❤
Please review older Mahindra bolero 4x4
JDM never gets OLD never..
Damn i have always wanted to own this car. Grandpa had one but sadly sold.... 😮💨
Jawa 42 2.1 major reworked model 2023 vs classic 350 which one to choose ❤❤❤❤
Make video about that 😊
hello sir Where can i get the bumpers and grill for this..
OLD IS GOLD 💛
What a beauty...looks fab
Few additions : seat belt was never there in standard version. Dx version had Japanese seatbelt. Plus there was a clock and stereo in dx version. Since this is standard version that u drove so many aspects were missing.
Still looks fab❤❤❤
Thanks so much for the review of the original Maruti 800. The original 800 had no seatbelts or outside rear view mirrors on the doors - regulations did not require them in those days - so these are probably after market fitments
Would it be feasible to replace the engine with a modern Alto K10 engine ?
I had a 2002 800... it came with a mpfi engine... 5 speed gear box lol. Fastest 800 ever made😊... That was my first car bought it in 2019 for 20,000...no fc no insurance alot of work to be done,,,I always wondered whether I can drive a car or it's all just a imagination. When I had the money I bought it. I drove it like crazy...I drove it in the first day itself...never been on a driver seat before...but I loved cars since I was 19... So I know much I dreamed of driving sumos jeeps tractors... It was already there...no driving school nothing...then sold it for 23,000...😂ended up with a profit...
4:33 best part
People Shooting: Mercedes and Hyundai
*Le Faisal: with Maruti 800, that to the oldest model he could find

Wow.. what a car. Is it available for sale?
Better than German cars with soft limiters
Bro is this car for sale
bro can you do the review of old celerio.
The rear end actually looks cool
3rd gear be like "MAIN JHUKEGA NHI SAALA"😂
1983 Maruti looks more stylish than cars in 2020s tells you a lot about car manufacturers making ugly cars these days
The design looks soo fresh
Can u pls upload the video of harley davidson night rod
2:42 the OVRM is from Omni. 800 SS80 had a smaller one which has wider than its length.
MS should bring the 800 back but in EV form with modern features! 🫣
Traction control is off, Funny Faisal. 14:35
Maruti 800 ❤❤❤
We sold our MS 800 1999 model last week. Missing it a lot 😓
we still have maruti 800...it works still amazing.... I think it's the last or 2nd last model of maruti 800 after which they stopped the production
This one looks much better than indian model
Please upload the 600hp Octavia vrs video.....
Hai I have the same model with same original red colour. My car no. Is CAU 8428. It has everything original and starts with one small self. In the original car there are no roof bars. The outside mirror is small and the dicky door has the shocks to operate. I do use it regularly traveling alone though it is my spare car. It is a gem of a car.
And these cars are more reliable than our government 😒❤
This is a gem.
Kudos for driving this car. I'm the same height as yourself and I wouldn't dare drive this 😅As always, love the videos.
Bro when is review of Lord Alto 800?
Faisal, is it still available for sale -Maruti 800.
Please let me know ok
Ranger Rover VELAR R DYNAMIC review please
I have been habitual to see Carburettor Maruti's from my Childhood when my Dad bought MARUTI VAN in 1989 and after that 3 Maruti 800 and first BS2 Maruti Omni. What I have noticed that this car is taking long Cranking but Carburettor 800 starts in half Round Self Rotation as I have 99 model MARUTI 800 which is scrapped inspite of being in Immaculate Condition. So the Dristibutor Point must be set properly along with Carburettor Mixture Screw so that the car don't take long Cranking.
I searched the SS80 video for a very very long time and it dosen't work
So Thank you for posting it 6 days back💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
I subbed your Channel💖💖💖💖💖
"hi5, namaste" nice video buddy:-*
