Hence the evolution quirk come at play. since evolution is always present, deku, will get the quirk prematurely when inko got pregnant, yes, really, since cells thrive on evolution Deku's evolution quirk and body evolves faster than a average human's evolution since it takes million of years to evolve and with the quirk? doing activities and excersize The body will develop faster and better becoming efficient but it takes time and a lot of hard work only if exposed to certain activity mentally and physically to hone its abilities and skill Deku is like a super ultra solder When deku eats the food the body will digest more efficiently giving deku more nutrients and proteins, everything he does will become efficiently that its inhuman His behavior and instincts is different from a human's since deku is evolve differently than the others and it's more primal since normal human suppressed their primal instincts that could be useful for survival and combat and other things Example: with inko he will be more respectable towards her showing her love, affection and care like a son would, like she would do to him. If you are asking yourself why would it work on quirks well Demons are in a way evolved humans So it wouldnt be too farfetched to say that quirks are in a way similar to Blood demon arts.
