Is more of a shield, won't reflect 2. It will reflect back 1.5x the original attack and 3. Will reflect 3x the original). Weaknesses: Mental based quirks will pass through the barrier and if the kinetic energy of an attack is stronger than the resistance of the barrier, it will shatter and damages Deku internally in return, being unable to reuse the quirk for a short period rendering him quirkless.
