The casinos at some cruise lines have status matching, to encourage you to switch to their cruise line. Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises also have agreements with a land based casino chain.
Carnival
Carnival Cruise Line's Carnival Players Club has the Fun Match Program. You can get drinks included, upgrades, spending money and discounted or complimentary cruises.

Norwegian Cruise Line
As far as we know Norwegian Cruise Line's casino loyalty program does not have a matching program. If it does it is not obvious or clear.
Royal Caribbean
Royal Caribbean International's Club Royale has the Tier Offer Cruise Match program, which matches the tier status of cruise and land based casinos.
