Tips for ambulance grinding: Wetstone Ambulance mission is the easiest because it's a small area so you dont have to run far to pickup patience plus it near a save location so you can keep grinding if you want money
Ambulance missions can only be done on Angel Pine to accomplish, do it somewhere else and you wont reach level 10 since you're gonna run out of time delivering patients. No pilot license, that works good, if you prefer flying Shamal and Dodo only, other planes like Nevada and Rustler would be locked w/o a license.
