Rebushing Classic mini Rod change reverse gear idlers…..

Here is the way I rebush these gears, done quite a few now over the last 25 years or so, there are other ways of doing this, but this works for me!

Out of curiosity, have you considered a ultra sonic cleaner for the bulk of your cleaning? Ive been using it for gearbox internals and it does a suburb job.

I have but I don’t really do enough to warrant it.

@@ACDodd Fair enough! I use a inexpensive amazon one for gearbox internals, carbs or anything that will fit in it really. Works a treat on your grimey tool handles as well. Thanks for these videos, always something more to watch for!
