As someone who has been playing since day one and owns 40+ meta/ rogue deck ( including expensive ones like VS, SHS, Swordsoul, branded, kash, purrley, manadium, tear, gold pride, nemeleria, traptrix, mathmech, etc etc) AS A FREE TO PLAY PLAYER, this is 10000% the way to do it. proper planning of when to pull packs and when to craft cards help too but yes doing dailies really matters as well as clearing events (which yes i do use to play fun, worse decks lmao) also a small correction. its not 3k from ranked every season as the reset takes you down 2 ranks only so you tend to only get around 1k or if you are diamond or master, more. but its time consuming to grind at higher ranks and can be really frustating plus you cant always play decks you want. So my suggestion is to stick around gold and platinum rank where you can play MANY rogue decks and get wins and have fun while getting gems. basically season reset for example puts you at gold 5. i grind up to plat 1 and then play less rank to avoid going into diamond because then every season reset i stay in this rank and get the same gems. as soon as you rank up into say diamond, it becomes more difficult in general and if you dont hit diamond 1 that season you are technically "losing out" on gems since it will only reset you back to plat instead of gold next season. so make sure you hit tier 1 of every rank before the end of the season in the rank bracket you are comfortable with. honestly in the end of the day remember to have fun. i could hit master again if i had more time or more motivation but honestly it would mean not being able to play very niche rogue decks that are my favourites. yes i miss out on some gems in diamond and master but i feel less pressured to play perfectly or play only meta. side note: when you try to get multiple decks from 1 selection pack it usually takes me 2 months to grind for enough gems considering i dont play every single day anymore. so aim for what you want to play and probably focus on that. you can always get the decks later if you really want them all. also currently building snake eyes but really want to save up for unchained next month (rip wish me luck) other than that GREAT VIDEO keep it up

The game is supposed to be enjoyed, so I agree with your views. I aim to always reach Master 1 because it gets me just under 2k gems. Sometimes, ranking is very annoying, but most months, it takes me a couple of days to get there from Diamond 5.
So the total is: 3300 from monthly event, 145*30 = 4350 from logins and dailies (at least 30 days, with Feb being compensated by months that have 31 days), plus 60 from 10th and 20th day login, but setting aside rank-up gems: That's 3300+4350+60 = 7710. For ranking up, say you like to stay in low ranks, staying Plat and resetting at Gold then climbing to Plat 1, that's another 1000 gems (4*100+200+4*100). This is higher if you're in Diamond and Master, with 700 more. So total 8710, or even 9410.

Same here bro, I have never spend a single dollar on Master duel, I rely solely on daily missions and events and more importantly dismantling the unused UR. And thanks to that I have (thunder dragon deck, Branded, purrly, Kashtira, Snake-Eye, Dragon link, Mathmech, Mikanko, Swordsoul and more Albaz decks 😁). Of course I skipped the expensive decks like Vanquish soul and SHS.
Honestly, a great call skipping VS and SHS because those decks are extremely expensive and will die out (VS) is already dead and SHS was hit on the ban list (not a huge deal, but expecting more mods to SHS)
Indeed Konami is so unfair with how they do the ban list. That's why I made sure to build multiple decks to cope with it, I mean they hit purrly hard just when I thought I got the hang of it 😢. Also I've been meaning to ask you, lately the daily missions is less than before. I use to get 180 to 200 gems daily from daily task only, now I barely gets 100 to 120 gems even when I increased my matches rate. Do you notice the same issue?
@@mohamedbashir1096I did notice the drop in farmed gems from the daily missions- which is why I put 120; maybe because the game is definitely F2P friendly. I mean, if you’re consistent you won’t ever have to spend money on the game at all!

Also deranking with an auto lose deck ; pay lifepoints + attack opponent with 0atk monsters to de rank to bronze 5 at the end of a season to get put into to rookie & earn all the gems fully at the start of the new season

To derank, always do it at the last week of the season so when you’re placed in a new rank for the following season, it’s much lower than what you would have been placed in. As for the guide, start every beginning of the season. 😊🤙🏽
i had a master duel account when it came out and the gems were easy to get loads at the start because you got loads from solo to start your deck off but now if you wanna get a deck straight away then you literally have to use real money as you cant get gems on solo and dueling without a deck is pretty sht lol
Do you claim the gems for missions that you don't like when they are about to expire? Like the play trap cards one? Then you have to get the mission again and not claim it?
Yes and no. So if you complete a daily mission, the same mission will reset after 24 hours. If you leave any unclaimed daily missions, that mission will continue to stay “unresolved”. So you can definitely do those “unappealing” missions but they will reset again, so I let them expire. My friend here that’s hosting this video does the same. Usually you want to focus on the missions you can directly and indirectly complete to unlock them again the following days. Otherwise, you’ll have to have different decks specifically to hit all daily missions; at this point I’d recommend doing solo mode to hit those unconventional daily missions. 😁

Solo mode: not a good way to get gems, at least after the tutorials. I added it up: about 11600 gems in total from across ALL of solo mode.
