    This offseason I’ve tried mostly to get more explosive and been doing lots of squats and agility. I’ve noticed about a 5 mph increase. All of these tips are completely correct, more explosive means more force, which means more velocity. Good vid👍

    Im at 2.1-2.2 is that good. What can I do to improve my overall explosiveness?

      2.1-2.2 is a good time for your age. You want to keep lifting and getting stronger; strength is the number one thing that is going to increase your throwing velo. Find a good training program.

    Great stuff again! I have a 8 year old boy who just started catching. What would be a few good and safe exercises to get stronger and throw harder? Is he to young for light med balls? Thanks

      some basic med ball exercises would be good. general fitness at that age is perfect. They need to learn to coordinate their body. Footwork and ladder drills would be great too!
