I'm the proud owner of a StayFresh Mega thanks to your video from a few months back talking about their new machine (I didn't follow StayFresh at that time). I've been pumping food throught that thing and she's a work horse. It's a great asset to have on the farm, or for anyone that produces their own food. I couldn't imagine having anything smaller either she gets alot done.
I have a medium Harvest Right that is 2 1/2 years old and it has problems that I can't figure out! It is a maintenance headache,Calling Harvest Right and trying to talk to someone for help is a expensive time wasted joke! I will hsve to trash it and go to Stay Fresh I wonder if they take trade in's?
Contact the company and they should be able to send them to you. Harvest Right is big at trying to sell you a whole new rack system as they make some good money doing that
The manufacturer is the only place to get parts for the machines such as CPU etc. I sell some upgrade hoses and vacuum leak parts but we are working on more to upgrade the HR machine
Sure do wish there was a way to try the expensive freeze dryers before buying. I have bout 2 brands and am not pleased with either so I am out that money.
I’m so sorry to hear that. I reached out to the Cube to complete a review however I am sure they might be worried about an honest review. I have found many companies do not want honest they just want someone to talk good about them. Guess it’s best for business. I haven’t met a single person who didn’t like StayFresh after using it. As you can see from my video. If you’re in Alaska I would be willing to let you see this bad boy work. You might be able to find someone local by posting in a Facebook group.
@@freezedryerrepairsupport I am in Montana and I tried to give honest feedback on their site and it was a no go. I have even tried to offer suggestions for the cube but haven't see any results yet. Seems to me honest feedback would help the manufacturer make good changes and make their product better
@@lyndabuchholz1216 both of the brands you mentioned are like the worst on the market. Cube is supposed to have bad software, and HR is just bad all around.
LVE THIS CHANNEL. ARE YOU IN UTAH BY CHANCE? ok everyone, I cannot get a responds with the ticket I submitted to HR, ALL I NEED IS THE CANDY MODE software update. I’m curently running software v5.0.16 and on their website it states V5.0.25 version is available for my machine. I downloaded it from there website and it’s not rocket science in terms of uploading it to the HR machine, BUT it won’t update to it. So got a tech guy and yep still won’t update to this latest software. WHAT GIVES???? So submitted ticket but not responds. Anyone have any thoughts .Thanks model HRFD Pmed Bk. Date code is May of 2021
I can’t promote any software from the company however we didn’t see many issues we see now before candy mode so I am not the biggest fan. If your still wanting it HR is the only way as they threaten to sue me for giving out the software that worked for the machines

You see years ago when the first candy mode software came out I installed it but then the machine was all buggy so I was instructed to go back to the 16 but saw the other day there is a 25 now and thought I’d try update but it won’t update using multiple old ancient thumb drives. Will update u later what I figure out hehe I’ll get it going. But gonna do a diffierent……..eventually. Hey thanks and look forward to connecting up more in near future brother.

3 times ive contacted stay fresh to ask how much for the shipping to the UK and 3 times got no answer

Can you just get the plug and reset button that is connected to the shelves? My wires we pulled from the plug and the reset button cracked
