Could you possibly do a drone video to show how this cemented 169 Acres has transformed and how the Prarie park and new 10 x 20 residential site are fitting into the plan. Also Q and A Wednesday, at one time you envisioned a few tiny cottage shops and businesses to enhance community living. Is this still a reality, maybe near post office? A gazebo with tables to enjoy a hot dog or ice cream......I wish I worked with ya'll. My ideas are non stop Also. How is the Prarie Buffalo coming along?
Love that Wide Microwave, and I bet it is a convection oven. I have a feeling that she wants to have it wide enough for longer cookie sheets, or muffin/cupcake pans. I would want to do that too. And it has a vent & light as well. Very multi-purpose oven. Love that cabinet with the castors, awesome.
The sideways windows are what I remember most on one of the first walkthroughs in this tiny house. Absolutely loved it! So happy to see it is finished!
Oh Wow! this is such an amazing beautiful bigger tiny home, I love the way it looks inside and how thing are placed, that loft is amazing and plenty of head room, I would maybe have an office and spare room up there. It is so beautiful inside, love looking at the view when you panned around to show it as you look at the stairs and the loft, the ceiling is gorgeous. Love that kitchen and how that cabinet rolls around to make it more useful. So glad we got to have a tour of the inside of this huge two story tiny house. Randy, you are so funny trying to drink that bottle of water and Amanda knocking it out of your hand, that made me laugh. Now this is a home. I love love love the upstairs! That’s what always turned me against tiny homes is the “loft” area. You couldn’t stand up. Love this!

Agree. I love stairs. Walking stairs every day is good for my body. Keeps joints lubricated ! Knees ,hips ,ankles ! Stairs have helped me rehabilitate knees & whole body several times !

Me & my husband ❤️ had planned to have one built when we retired & move it to the mountains in either Tennessee, N. Carolina or Virginia where our oldest grandson & his family live. But my husband passed away very suddenly at home in 2017 after having surgery on his ankle. So now it's just me but I still would love to go through with our plans when I retire in a few more years & I believe that I have found the people that I would like to have build my home for me. There is just something about y'all that I love & appreciate & I know that my husband would have felt the same ❣️ So I will be seeing y'all when the time comes & the good Lord's willing. I love this home. It would be great to make this one of your models. The best part, the moveable counter. There are so many homes that I could live in very comfortable, but this is my favorite so far. You guys are amazing. Keep doing what your doing.
They can't make this a model, its too tall at 14+ feet. Road legal height is 13 feet 6 inches. Its much harder to move an over-height object than a Wide Load one.

It's awesome how you are able to work together and film together even if you don't actually live together anymore. It seems you've figured out some pretty important secrets to living the best life. You are the first person in my entire life that I ever heard someone else say what my great grandma used to say: "This is how you take a bath, you wash down as far as possible, wash up as far as possible, then you wash possible!" I've never heard Dolly Parton say that either but I figure since she's from the Appalachian mountain area that's probably why she got that saying cuz my whole family was born & raised in the southern part of WVa way back in the hollars that are so deep into them mountains & coal mines that you gotta pump sunshine into it! LOL I also gotta say, I absolutely LOVE this particular build! The fact that the upstairs you can stand straight up in it has got me going nuts for this home. Great job on the build.
I am a crafter and book lover. This is the first time I have seen a tiny home that I could truly function in. The changes I would make for myself to make it work for me would be making the stairs into storage stairs to use that space to maximum capacity and no bathroom upstairs to have an office/library/craft room. Beautiful home. But I don’t see the Prairie listed on the website.
OMG! Amanda, when I was little like 4yrs old, my grandma would wash me in the back yard in a tin wash pan and hose just like you described. I played hard as a kid, I like climbing trees, have mud ball fights, I terrorized the kids in her neighborhood, not bad for a little girl who's 1st word ever spoken was pretty, lol.

I thought tiny homes had a limit of 399 sq ft. But I DO like the fact that there is a second bedroom (or whatever you want it to be). I would at least add a sink or vanity to the upstairs bathroom. After you use the bathroom you don’t want to have to go downstairs to wash your hands. Don’t really need a window in the upstairs closet.
Thank you Mark! This house, on the mountain, with a half moon sink in the upstairs bath, and a small added deck on the back for a 2 person hot tub. Would a mountain lot be big enough for that? Wonder if we could be under $120k for a mountain lot with 2 decks? That’s our tippy top budget.

I like to add lime juice to tonic water. Very refreshing and I read where the quinine in it deters mosquitoes.

The light needs centered above the bathroom sink. And that log light is stunning, I want one 😊
I thought tiny homes had a limit of 399 sq ft. But I DO like the fact that there is a second bedroom (or whatever you want it to be). I would at least add a sink or vanity to the upstairs bathroom. After you use the bathroom you don’t want to have to go downstairs to wash your hands. Don’t really need a window in the upstairs closet.

This house, on the mountain, with a half moon sink in the upstairs bath, and a small added deck on the back for a 2 person hot tub. Would a mountain lot be big enough for that?
Wonder if we could be under $120k for a mountain lot with 2 decks?

Yes Randy you did say and I heard you say this would make a great Mountain Home and you're absolutely right it would. That's why Amanda did not edit. I love this layout. if you could come up with with a model home with this layout, it doesn't have to have a full 2nd story With a few tweaks this is my dream layout.
