Tone's execution in first Person seems rather fitting as if it was originally done by the Devs

Had to cut some content from their original plan and just improvise what needs to be fixed in the release is what I'm gonna have to guess.

All things considered, there wasn't much more that could be done for titanfall 2 to take it beyond the 10/10 on release. It still stands as the best FPS of the last 10 years without question.

Man I wish the animators of Titanfall 2 (officials btw) can find some free time and refine the animations in first person.
Like Monarch's battery Thief added some details on the Pilot's screen before openning the hatch.
As a shitpost that would be very nice to look at through a rendered animation.
Even with the extranious parts, these look way cooler than I thought they would.
I like that at the end the other monarch comes in and probably says to itself "I think I came at a bad time..."

Both of Monarch’a executions and then Prime North star’s are so cool. I do wish Legion’s was better though but it’s probably hard to do because of the clipping issues that could come with that.
Ya'll deserve a big praise for this! Northstar prime, Scorch prime, Monarch Battery steal look so clean like they've been made for 1st person!

Northstar, tone and legion regular have the best fist person executions in my opinion

The fact that the lines from the hatch from the cockpit are disappearing gives it an extra style typical of end-game animations, although the hands, batteries and other flying parts of the titan kill the immersion (if the Northstar Client moderators only adjust the animations a little will be ok), but overall 10/10!
my favorite animations are all from Monarch (my favorite titan :)) and Northstar

Could you do the executions from the pov of the player who dies? (If it's different)
They are actually not really worth it and disappointing. Very glitchy, not much to see and some actually are not in pilot, but in titan perspective, while you see your pilot die. Very wierd.

@@changesforthebetter7172 The setting to play with first person embarks is included in the Northstar Client. It is a very easy to use mod. I have a video about how to use it in my Titanfall playlist.

Did anybody notice how before the execution,the enemy titan has like no colour but when the execution was happening,the enemy titan sudddenly had its colour back...

I think what’d help alot of these animations would be camera stabilization
remember its first person on the recieving end too! no one includes that .-.
To be honest: They are nothing special. Too glitchy you see not much.
A little jerky and weird in some places, but other than that, I think it can definitely be very good

I did not create the mod. I just used it to record this video. The mod is the Northstar Client. It enables custom servers with custom settings. There are settings like first person embark and game modes not included in the official game can be modded and played. I also used a No-HUD mod, to make the video better to look at.

@@TenoriteJS It is a server setting. You have to join a lobby that has it enabled, or you enable it when you create your own lobby in the lobby settings.

Since Respawn never intended to use these animations, they are not refined.

I know, people asked for that earlier. But I chose to not include it. Because it really is nothing to be seen. Just some shaky camera, that's all most of the time.

Just play the game via the Northstar Client. It is super easy to use and when you are in the lobby, you can simply turn 1st person embarking on/off.

None of them are polished.
I honestly like 3rd person more because that's when I can actually see my titan with its customization (which tbh could as well be the reason why it was made so in the first place).
The best way would've been an option, so you can select. Or both at the same time. A random option. Sometimes it does 3rd, sometimes 1st.
what about the one that is being terminated
Most of the time you see nothing. I tried it, but it was not worth recording.

Imagine if this applied to being executed. During battery steal you try to escape but enemy pilot stops you and you get trapped inside and exploading titan

How did you make this how???
Simply install the Northstar Client. It is super easy, just copy the files into the Titanfall directory. It does not effect the main game. You can then start the game with the Northstar Client Executable and play on custom servers. These custom servers have a setting in the lobby where you can simply on/off first person animations. You can see how it works in a simple way over here:

In a perfect world, I'd have an option in the settings, where everyone could just put it the way they like.
@@judge_rekt yeah but the executions have to look different depending on pov, almost none of these work well in first person because they were made for 3rd person and i believe thag 3rd person alliws for mire creativity
@@Narko_Marko Both have their appeal. I really loved the immersion in Titanfall 1, where everything was in 1st person. And yes, you have to change animations a bit. Almost every 3st person animation is a bit different in 1st person, to make them work.
tbh, i dislike these.
most of them look really off and fail to capture how cool the 3rd person executions were. (there are exceptions, like ion prime, scorch prime or monarch's battery steal)
an example for terrible executions: ronin
as a ronin main, it pains me to see the battery when doing executions, and in this case instead of the first person view giving more immersion, it just takes away from it instead
I hope they (he, i don't how many persons are workin in N client) can fix this
The reason for the unfinished animations is, because they were never intended to be in the game and Respawn did not finish them.
