Ask Holy Spirit to help you because he helps we can’t do it on our own if we try to resist with our whole power of flesh we will end up falling into the same sin but when Holy Spirit works it changes us beyond our strength… and most importantly spend more time reading the Bible even if it feels hard to do so just sit down and read daily set particular time to read bible each day.
