Instead of that, ask first for the wisdom of God before reading His Word, and He will open your mind to understand it the way He wants you to do, because it's His Word, and not yours. We should analyze its advice whether it is effective or not. We should see all its reports about creation and science and see whether it contains facts or fallacies. We should examine its prophecies whether they came true or not. And we should see whether its words and counsel are powerful, reaching and changing people's hearts and lifestyle. Only then could we conclude whether the Bible came from God or not. Do I need to list all the contradictions? And the Bible also clearly says, God is not a God of Confusion.
