What is the sense of rephrasing it? Still idles rough and no added horsepower is achieved (other than when you bored it out). And no front brakes? The front brakes provide most of the stopping power! Then you hard-tail it and put a bicycle seat on it with substandard springs attached! Plus sissy bars went out in the 70`S!
Tell the truth. Don't sound any different then my non phased. Waste of money. Turn your idle down. You waste too much gasoline. Make sure you have no oil pressure
