I wish I could be motivated like you and wake up early but my depression, anxiety and insomnia doesn’t allow me to do that. I’m 49 now and as I’ve gotten older my depression has gotten worse and now that I’m perimenapausal it’s I’m getting all the unwanted symptoms. It really sucks getting older. I really enjoy watching your videos and I pray to God that I can have your zest for life.
