Instead of spending money and doing all the work on holding the motor in place with that steel brace going from passenger side to driver’s side with chains attached to the steel brace and connected to the engine eye loop brackets, what I did (Ricky “SLAYERS DISCIPLE” Hughes) is placed 2 cinder blocks, or what ever you prefer for a sturdy flat surface, and put a Jack stand underneath the oil pan (which is aluminum so be gentle and use the “F” word, “FINESSE”) closer to the transmission and have something underneath the transmission to support it while you loosen the transmission mount on the driver’s side. I used a floor jack with a flat surface on top of the floor jack. Use anything that is rigid and wide enough and thick enough to support the weight of the Mazda 3 standard transmission, and the transmission will start to lean downward at a perfect angle when the transmission mount is detached on the driver’s side and you will see that the engine has stayed in perfectly good position on the jack stand when you lower down the transmission nice and smooth and easy. This is the type of mechanic you don't want working for you! All I heard was complain, complain, complain. This type of employee is a cancer to any business
Being employed in this industry is a good way to ruin your life, so someone can make money off of you, complain about your attitude, and look at pie charts.

Is it possible to install the throw out bearing wrong way in this car I change the transmission and bleed the car and I have trouble engaging into gears
The clutch is probably not engaging all the way. You may have a master, or slave cylinder issue, or air in the lines. Try pumping the pedal a few times, and see if it works.
