I can't believe I'm going back to school after TWO gap years. I'm actually so excited for classes and I missed that whole process of finding out your new classes/teachers, shopping for school supplies, and settling into a new schedule.

I've read somewhere that taking notes by hand is better because it makes you pay more attention to what is important ( to avoid writing a lot), and it solidifies the information in your brain.

Thank you so much for this video! I'm SO sad that I didn't find this video last year. I can tell you that last year was my worst year in school because I did not have a routine. I have taken two pages' worth of notes that I can hopefully use this year and do better than I did last year! ❤

How do you prevent feeling so overwhelmed when you see your calendar so packed?
planning my weeks and days in advance makes me more calm, and knowing eventually my schedule will slow down gives me energy to push through 🤗

alright, i dont usually comment for advice, but im lowkey ✨freaking out✨
im 15, and im a junior in hs (i got in a year early). i also take the igcse’s. soo where i live, there’s a new announcement made than u can get into college after y11 instead of y12 if u have enough credits (in my case, subjects). since i decided to cram all of my subjects in a year and a half, im able to get in by next year. my only issue here is that i’d be 16, aka two years younger than everyone there. is that too early, or will i regret not going in earlier if i decided to take y12 off as a gap year instead?
btw, im hopefully going to be a business major :)

Hey Darling, you lookin greeeaat 😁 nice tips and apps, did not know most of those apps actually eheh I do have a strategy however to prevent my "back to school" anxiety problem, which is not making a big deal out of it in the last days of summer vacation, just living every day to the fullest possible BUT always relaxed, I wonder if those calendars with the to-do list of things you need to do are harming you more than helping you.
Sometimes those things, when exaggerated, they can put a lot of pressure over a person and agravate the anxiety factor.
Anyway, you're looking good, you're motivated, you want to pass and do great in school and that's what matters, not gonna lie to you though, sometimes there're going to be some hard times, it's part of the deal 🤷🏻♂️ cuz in the end of the year you will look back and say "damn right i done it!", even if you do not pass at everything, the fact that you show up and fight face-to-face with the adversities, will speak volumes.
I believe we're in this life phisicaly, mentally and spiritually. And if both of those states are in same page, we're good as unicorn dancing on top of the hill under the moonlight 😁

(Ps2: every day, for the love of God, manifest two times daily, the first one at 1h after breakfast, you seat calmly, close your eyes (this has to be in a silent place), calm your mind using calm natural breath, after 3-5 minutes doing so, you continue with your eyes close and NOW that you're more calm and stable, just manifest things like "I'm a good person", "I'm going to make it big", "my life's been amazing", "I'm gorgeous", "I have amazing friends", "things will go great this year in school", things like this, and you say this really calm, no pressure at all saying this things, if you need to say only 3 phrases it's okay, if tou need to say one phrase only, it's good to go too, and say those manifests as many times as you need to 😉 verbally or mentally, always calm, that's the secret, and of course, while saying it do no try hard to believe it, instead: say those things and know it (or act ) like it's the ultimate pure truth.
Do the second manifest 1h30 after dinner (the same way as you did the first time earlier in that day, even tho you can say diferent phrases than those you manifest earlier that day of course.
This is my best advice. 😊)

I've lived in WI almost my whole life, since I was about 4! i decided to go to school in Spain for a few reasons... generally school is cheaper here, I'd be closer to extended family, I learned Spanish in high school, I really liked this specific university, and ADVENTURE hahah
